He doesn't realize that was the Spanish voice actor does he?

Maryke Hendrikse does the English voice work for Sonata Dusk.
Chris probably doesn't even realize that Spain is not in Mexico or that Spanish people are varying shades of white. People who speak Spanish are probably an indigenous Mexican as far as Chris is concerned.

I'm sure he doesn't and just got the gist of it from a social media story. Luckily for him, since it has no effect on him specifically, he'll have forgotten about it entirely by now.

The answer is simple, then. We find a way to cancel his disability.
It's probably not going to happen unless Barb dies and Chris loses the house or Chris gets into serious legal trouble. A lot of people who get on disability remain on it for the rest of their lives. The issue is that getting on it is actually pretty hard and the rationale is that it lies with the claimant to prove that they deserve disability, but it's the SSA's job to actually prove that someone doesn't need disability once they're on it which a person can give proof against when the SSA tries to claim someone doesn't deserve it. Usually a CDR consists of basically asking the claimant if they're still disabled and ensuring they're following treatment and nothing more from what I understand.

The only way I see Chris losing his tugboat is if he ends up in jail for a long enough time, he somehow goes back to work causing him to lose his benefits, ends up homeless (though I'm not sure if he receives direct deposit on his SSDI so needing an address may not be an immediate issue), or does something really stupid to draw the attention of and tick off the SSA/government.
