Even if this was inspired by Chris, unlike Sonic Book's TV show having one or two writers an episode (and so large amounts of creative freedom to insult opl) the video game customisation feature would've been pitched by someone, then thrown around to see if it'll be included, art drawn up, it being programmed etc etc.
