This is just depressing. I get CWC has a very high opinion of himself/his looks, but how can he look at himself in the mirror and say he tries anywhere near as hard as any other trans woman does to look attractive/approachable.

If he was low functioning; I could believe that. But, he isn't. Being high functioning, CWC should be able to recognize that he needs to make a much larger effort in order to be on the same level as an attractive transwoman (at least invest in a decent wig and makeup to hide that ever present five o'clock shadow to reach passable levels); but, he doesn't.

It can be, though. However, it usually means the people involved have been good friends for a long while and the one doing the pervy move is well known for being excessively playful on a pervy level with close friends - which said friends are cool with.

That's true. I should've said autism and Borb. I don't think he's necessarily stupid, though. Regular stupid people at least think on the same plane of thought from us and it's possible to see their train of thought. Chris's mind is an enigma.
