Does Chris actually know that taking hormones renders a person infertile? I saw that he supposedly had a talk with a doctor about it but I have trouble believing that a person who believes in magic, spells, alternate dimensions and spontaneous inexplicable growth of genetically incongruous sex organs, has actually consulted a real physician or objectively studied the side-effects of HRT.

I did research the CWCki before posting and apparently he had his legally recognized sex changed to female which requires seeing a practitioner of counselling or treatment for GID. But since we don't have the signed form from whoever that person was, it's entirely possible that Chris just had Rocky rubber-stamp it since she is a legit authorized counsellor and thus an applicable signee. (According to her church she's a 'Pastoral counsellor' which according to google requires a Masters, Doctorate or sometimes Undergraduate degree in psychology or related fields).

Is it possible that Chris doesn't know the hormones he's taking rules him out of ever having the bio' children he desires?

I don't believe Chris' counselor was Rocky, but some third party.

As I understand it, with my very handwavy, layman knowledge, it's difficult to chemically castrate a man permanently. Like I remember reading something about the drugs they give rapists in prison mostly suppress testosterone, but without actually lopping off the nuts, when they go back off the drugs, T will come roaring back.

Now, maybe HRT is different from chemical castration.

Maybe he knows about fertility risks, but choses to ignore it through sheer wishful thinking stupidity.
