Going to call it now; The Born Again saga.

When he finally looses his tugboat and has nothing left he's going to announce he's a born-again christian and start trying to beg, plead and mooch off of christians to give him a place to stay.

More like Mujaheddin saga, since he'd probably go Islamic for his oppression fix while trying to take advantage of the notable amounts of charity that Islam focuses on (literally one of the five tenets is charity).

Of course, Phil doesn't really give much of a fuck about religion as a tool, and through autism will select whatever allows him to gobble down cheese and act like the insane bondage clown he is. He's stuck with the left-wing due to 'fuck you teenage years!', so that would be where you'd want to go.

Although... him trying to be something like a Ba'athist or Tudeh would be pretty fucking funny.

Since he's already too tattoo'ed to use his body as a planner like Leonard from Memento does, he uses us for a similar purpose. He might bring it up again depending on if he reads this comment and decides that it might get attention.

I don't know anything about wolverine, but yes, rika was one of the people he stayed with when he wasn't in the cave.

Man, I gotta lay off lurking the farms before bed. I dreamt that I was forced to live in an apartment with Phil. I had to kill massive silverfish all day for work and then at night I had to sleep in the same room as him, but the smell and snoring made it impossible to actually rest. Random thought about his name change nonsense, since I don't want to go find the post that prompted the thought and the thread's probably moved onto another topic.

Someone pointed out in another thread that it's entirely possible for a person's friends and acquaintances to go their entire life not knowing their legal name - if someone tells you their name, unless it's something ridiculous like Phoenix Flame or Arkadia Moon or Ahuviya you don't really have any reason to question them. Even then, I've known one or two people with weird names who just had them because their parents were hippies, the person themselves was entirely normal. The only benefit of changing your name legally would be if you want legal paperwork to match whatever you tell people to call you. Things like a lease, a drivers license, any paperwork at their job, etc... All things that Phil doesn't have and likely never will. His immediate and only priority for changing his name (again, for that matter) was fucking facebook.

His priorities are so out of whack compared to any normal person it's like he might as well be living on another planet.

Iirc, he said he had secured housing in June and would be back in Portland then. But he didn't want an sro in my zip code because of me. Which is asinine, because I'm moving by the end of the year, or so the people who manage the waitlists I'm on say.
