I wonder when Phil's blarms moment comes, when he gets arrested for an unprovoked assault on someone with a taser.
He's imitated pretty much everything else Chris-Chan does.
From what Phil showed in that awful comic, he doesn't even have a taser, he has a cheap knockoff 'stun gun'. All those things do is create a high voltage, very low amperage electrical arc that only causes a discomforting pain in the surface of the skin. The worst they do is feel like a wasp sting, but they hardly 'electrocute' people like Phil seems to think. They're also nothing like a taser, which is a copyrighted brand name and an acronym which actually stands for Thomas A. Swift's Electric Rifle, as the concept was inspired by the Tom Swift sci-fi novels of the early 20th century.
I don't mean to powerlevel, I just want to point out a taser and a 'stun gun' are two different things which have very little in common aside from using electrical impulses. Stun guns are considered pain compliance devices (similar to pepper spray or a police baton), meaning you cause superficial pain to someone and hope they stop doing whatever they're doing simply to avoid another infliction of pain, whereas a taser uses hypodermic metallic probes and electrical impulses that interrupt someone's nervous system.
The huge downside to a stun gun is that they never really work on someone who is determined to kick the shit out of you, they will just be slightly inconvenienced by the jolt. It's very obvious to me if someone was going to kick Phil's ass, a temporary shock from a stun gun is not going to make them stop, it would probably just piss them off more. Phil also probably won't be able to get a real taser, you need to activate them through the company's website and allow the company to run a background check on you before you can use it, plus all the taser products disperse a confetti of small paper dots with the taser's unique serial information printed on each dot, so anytime one is discharged, there are hundreds of pieces of proof laying around to tell police which taser was fired and they can immediately contact the company to find out who purchased and registered that specific taser.
Basically, if Phil ever gets an actual taser product and he uses it, he will have to be able to prove with 100% certainty that he was completely legally justified in using it against someone, because anything else is going to be a felony in most states. The reason I wanted to explain this in detail is because Phil has no fucking realistically idea of what a stun gun does or is capable of, he seems to think it turns him into Raiden from Mortal Kombat or something, but it is actually a very ineffectual weapon, it is going to be harder to use than a knife because it is shorter and causes less damage, it can easily be taken away from you and used against you, which, again, won't end up killing you, but if someone bigger is kicking your ass and hijacks your stun gun, they can basically just pin you down and endlessly torture you with it. It is, IMO, an extremely stupid idea for Phil to have a weapon like this, he has unrealistic views on what it does and he also has zero training in any form of self-defense.
tl;dr: Phil is a moron who buys and carries weapons he is not trained with, will become more of a liability with these weapons than anything else. Also he probably violates California state law on a daily basis with his knives and stun gun. If Phil ever shocks someone with his stun gun, the person he shocks will probably just turn around and knock him the fuck out. Ironically, Phil would be seen as the aggressor if this ever happened, the person knocking him out would be justified, and Phil would end up being arrested over it. I can't wait for this to inevitably happen.
