Barb used to cook for them until one day she offered a Spaghetti Dinner to Bob and Chris and they turned it down in favor of fast food. This would have been when Chris was somewhat young like around age 11 I think. That really pissed off Barb and so she said she wouldn’t cook for them anymore if that’s how they were going to behave.

So he has had home cooked meals but considering he can’t remember the stuff he drew in his own comics a decade later, you can bet he has no recollection of Barbs cooking and probably thinks that food from Country Cookin or Applebee’s is just as good.

Well, he certainly still seems to think that McDonald's somehow provide anything that can be labelled wholesome and healthy eating. And remember that photo he tweeted from a recent foray to Country Cookin', which he called a salad - basically comprised of hard-boiled eggs, biscuits, bacon and cheese? All of the ingredients for a major heart attack. As Magi-Chan allegedly commented...classic.

I remember one call with Kacey where she asked him about his diet and he said he ate salads regularly but revealed they were from McDonalds and thought that was just as healthy as making your own Garden Salad at home. Not realizing that it’s not at all the same and while not as bad as the rest of their menu, still isn’t good on the whole. When this was pointed out to him he kind of couldn’t comprehend it.
