Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I've seen weens and A Logs on FB propose swatting him, thankfully that was ratio'd by people pointing out that could likely get him and / or Barb killed and is just plain sadistic. Also there were people who claimed that the Ruckersville cops refuse to go to the Chandler residence for anything because they've had so many prank calls there. Not sure if that is true, it seems odd that a PD would refuse to go an address, it might be confused from the fact his address is blacklisted for delivery by several restaurants.

I don't personally think that the Police department can refuse to go to a residence, since they are the arm of the Law. However, I do think that unless the call can be placed originating from inside Chris's home or at least the request for it sounds likely, that they'll go check up on it. I mean welfare checks were performed sometime either last year or in 2019 I believe.

That's my thought. If enough pranks have been made I'm sure they know it's probably nothing, but I doubt they are just going to ignore it.

We have no physical media (written, video, audio) of what Chris's activities were with Wise prior to the Idea Guys and subsequently during their time.
The Captain and Null had all of Chris's passwords and account information. The chatlogs and messages from all of his accounts that Wise interacted with was turned over to the FBI. There are literally hundreds of pages worth of chats and not all of it was worth posting. Chris isn't a 24/7 sitcom- talking to him one on one is tedious.

I see. Thank you. I guess the only way that this information will be released is either through a FOIA request or if Null and/or The Captain will release what they had. While I understand that it may not be entertaining, it is still worth going over I think.

The Captain told me specifically over the phone that a lot of shit was being withheld because releasing it would only encourage more weening. It got so bad that Null had a thread pinned for a few months where any weens-in-the-making could be doxxed ahead of time.

Yes, the CWCki needs a massive rewrite but it’s also written primarily to mock Chris rather than objectively assess his life. Shit was omitted or exaggerated outright to make his life seem funnier than it actually is. Same with a lot of the key figures during early trolling days— Vivian Gee, Clyde, and Bryan Bash were all the same dude. Without context the wiki makes it seem like Viv was an actual person. Ultimately it’s better to just take Marvin’s account of everything since he was there from the beginning.

I wonder, is that a common amount for people like Chris or he ended up being the lucky one to get $1,300 a month?
Chris is lucky enough he got a payment based on insurance (i.e. based on what his dad paid in during his earning years) before the age of 22, and got grandfathered in when he reached his majority. If he were getting needs-based Supplemental Security Income instead, it would be far less and he might have even been kicked off because of his occasional jackpots where he has more money than he should have for doing nothing.

This is called DAC or Disabled Adult Child benefits, and is one of many types of disability claims. There are essentially two different varieties. One is based on an insurance theory, where your payments into Social Security entitle you to insurance benefits, so if you become disabled, your benefits are based on your income during your years of qualifying employment.

The other kind, Supplemental Security Income, is based on economic need. Even someone who was never employed is entitled to these, although they need to have almost no assets (I think $2,000 last I checked), and income is strictly limited. If you exceed that you lose it.

And Chris, with his usual tard luck, managed to luck into getting the full benefits of his dad's insurance while never having done any significant work. Hooray Bob Chandler. That son of a bitch knew exactly how to make sure his tard child was set for life no matter what his cunt of a wife did after he died. You have to give him credit.

And Chris will never understand or appreciate just how much his father loved him. Any other man from that era would've just tossed their special needs son into the world and hope for the best.

Which is what Bob's other son said he did, if I'm not mistaken. Of all the sons to indulge in favoritism on....

Well considering he's a successful eye doctor I'd say it worked out
Bob helped out the son he knew desperately needed it. And maybe he knew he wasn't a great dad to his previous son and was trying to atone. I have always viewed Bob Chandler as a man who knew he hadn't done the best he could have but tried to make up for it at the end of his life.

He did the best he could.

(Even if it was giving us the bestest lolcow ever.)

Though I agree Bob of course truly loved his son, him and Barb royally fucked up with Chris. As much, if not more than they did with all they're other children. I don't know if Bob ever reconciled with his children, I don't believe he did... And Barb's son outright hated both them but has seems to have reconciled with Barb to a small degree after Bob's death. The chronic hoarding, bizarre behavior, advanced age, and refusal to use any services that would have helped Chris become productive member of society ultimately doomed their son. Who knows maybe if Chris had a working bathroom, he could have bathed and maybe without the smell of rancid milk wafting from him.... he would have had more success forming any kind of normal bond with another human being. Either way, Bob is never going to win any parenting awards.

That's so true. Bob did try and help Chris, but in most cases it backfired. Bribing girls into being Chris's gal pals is one of the worst offenders, that set a precedent where anybody who voluntarily associated with Chris had ulterior motives. It also fed into Chris's later delusions of being popular and meant he had no incentive to actually make friends himself.

FYI David called Bob once a week up until he died. It's commonly believed they were estranged but it was just him being a very busy, practionining opthomologist raising a family. Carol is a different case but the short story is she's a lesbian. So yeah.

I know the FBI has a lot more pressing matters to deal with on their hands, but yet I can't help but imagine if they did decide to take up the case and some poor newb FBI agent was assigned to deal with the Chris matter and the first thing he does is stumble upon the CWCwiki and just ends up spending hours on there reading about Chris with his eyes wide open. Probably cursing himself wondering where he went wrong in life, to end up stuck in some office researching about a grown manchilds escapades at 10PM at night.

Can I ask how you know this? As far as I’m aware the wiki is woefully short on any info on David and Carol so it’s surprising that this is the first revealing piece of information that I’ve read so far.
