Was it that End Games trespass? I think that expired. He had to check in with the court every couple weeks for a while but that ended in 2019. Unless this is something else.

The creditors will wait until she dies then go after the estate. The only asset she has is the house and the 20 year old van so they MIGHT get their money. There will be nothing left for Chris.

But how can they get the house if the bank owns it due to the second mortgage?

Creditors usually will not give up even if it's hopeless, they'll just get their judgment and sit on it - and possibly collect from the estate, as others have said. Mostly, they don't want to set a precedent to those who intend on defaulting. If creditors dropped every case against debtors who (at least at the moment) can't pay, it would become well-known. The guy who doesn't have a job right now may get a job later, and the bank wouldn't want his current unemployment to serve as a way to get out of debt when the guy may be able to pay at a future date.

According to the CWCki at the time of reporting in 2016 the mortgage was worth more than the house (Barb sure is good at wheeling and dealing!), no idea what the situation is now:

It's a pretty odd situation since as long as Chris is paying I assume the debt collectors can't do anything since the property belongs to the bank and I have no idea about the legal side of things such as if Chris could do anything to get the bank to transfer the mortgage agreement to his name (And eventual ownership of the house - IF Chris can afford to keep paying) since a dead person can't pay a mortgage and maybe Chris could just declare bankruptcy before it's paid off to clear his personal debts and avoid them going after the property but like I say I don't know much about the legal side of things and this is just me speculating.

They likely feel pitty for chris, but charity makes them feel like enabling so they go to patreon and give money to 'get somthing' that way it's a transaction to stimulate Chris into action, and not a pitty donation to enable him to fester.

While watching the comprehensive christory the thought dawned on me that Jackie does not get nearly enough hate. Everyone hates Bluespike and Ideaguy, but unless there was something going on behind the scenes I am unprivy to, Jackie was just as bad as them.

Besides which, trolls hoodwinked Chris into all kinds of sexual degeneracy, but "tomgirl" is the only thing that seems to have stuck. It's not like he turned into a cakefart fetishist or ever learned to enjoy ramming things up his butt. There's obviously more going on there.
