These are the 8 phases of Chris's life so far. At what point was Chris unsalvageable and fucked beyond repair? I could see people making arguments for each one. Some people would say he was fucked at birth but I think Chris as a baby and child could have become fairly normal with proper parenting. Teenager Chris already developed a lot of his bad habits and would have been harder to fix but could have likely been taught to develop a work ethic and work simple jobs. By the time he became a manchild it was highly unlikely but there would have still been a tiny 0.01% chance sliver of hope if he was thrown straight into the fire and forced to adapt as a functioning human or at the very least learn how to budget his tugboat to remain in the status quo as a loveable idiot.

For these reasons I feel like the tomgirl era is when Chris could no longer be fixed. Most of us just figured Chris would remain the striped shirt manchild he always was and live on with his tugboat as a leach on society. It wasn't an ideal life but he could have probably made it work. Once he started shoving tampons up his ass and cutting open his taint with a knife it sadly became clear that Chris would end up being a abhorrent freakshow that dies in his mid to late 50s. After this point he became more and more delusional (or true to himself if you believe Chris would have fucked his mom regardless of trooning out) and it started a snowball effect that eventually led Chris to where he is now.

I largely agree with this, but I always get snagged on the Lars call. The anger from people like Megan or Kacey's dad towards Chris was justified, but Chris doesn't respond to criticism, so it amounted to these people just venting at him. If you call Pokémon childish, Chris digs his heels in and says he's young at heart and points to all the normal adults playing vidya and imagines he's like them.
Then Lars tries to level with him and relate to hoarding and over-attachment to belongings, without criticising Chris at all, and even that he just dismisses because it's not praise and vindication and ass-kissing. Women say, "I'll love you forever if you just do this one thing for me, just make spaghetti or clean your room or draw a comic page each day," and somehow he slithers right under that low bar, too.
In the ED days, I had my laughs at Sonichu but moved on quickly because I thought the trolling was too mean-spirited, like what did this guy do wrong besides be a freak, and won't he shut up if we stop listening to him? But how quickly I was proven wrong, and how very wrong I was.

So…just reading on the Idea Guys saga, I wasn’t here when that happened.

Anyone know where they are now? Are they still alive? Online? Driven from the internet?

This is why I have very little sympathy for Barb. She went out of her way to gimp Chris to keep him as a pet for the rest of his life. Bob was already on his way out but she was still relatively vigorous at that point, at least vigorous enough to help Chris run over Michael Snyder.

Her terrible parenting is what created the monster that ended up raping her.

I think it is a bit ridiculous at this point that Chris doesn't have a small wikipedia article of some kind simply due to ancient drama from the late 2000s with him trying to insert himself onto Wikipedia and weens interaction. If the farms can have a highly (inaccurate) article and troons like Liz no Dong Jones and Keffals have them surely Chris deserves one? He’s far more important than either of them.

It's sort of a trick question. The awnser you see, is that at nearly any time during these periods, there was always an avenue where Chris could have made a different choice, or Barb/Bob supported him differently. The one exception in my mind is when he started doing the CPU goddess shit and larping like he had schitzophrenia. Up until that point I think there was still a chance for him, but once he started being reinforced by online weirdos that everything he did was real....Game Over.

Could've faced extortion charges but Chris had to press them. Instead he shat himself and did nothing.
 
ProjectSNT... sounds familiar. Wasn't there some online artist or content creator out there that flat out dissapeared off the internet because of Chris? I think he was sizing her up as a new Doopie, I vaguely recall it being mentioned on reddit but I can't find it, but I recall trying to find out about it and found some archived 4chan post where they were talking about her leaving. Someone remarked 'Rumor has it that it was something to do with Chris-chan', does this ring any bells to anyone? I am somehow not surprised that Chris would decide to harrass some poor woman online and she flat out quit for fear of the weens coming after her.

It can also mean "Forgotten Place" these where places you where dumped and left to die, they where made in such a way you couldn't stand up, sit down or lay down some where made in a V shape as well so you couldn't get a firm footing - the particularly inventive ones where made above Kitchens and Food Halls as well to add to the torture.

They where especially cruel as you where put there to be forgotten, as in you have no more use not even as a message to others even wasting the cut of a knife is considered too profligate for your worthless existence so we are going to put you somewhere not even your memory will persist you will be forgotten.

I've been thinking: the more clean and clear headed he gets, the less likeable he is. I wonder if the true Chris from maybe the age of 15+ ended up being a selfish ungrateful bastard and the fun quirky Chrisisms were more mental illness than his true center underneath. Like a chocolate covered raisin except instead of a raisin it's a turd of a personality. We were missing a man that was never real to begin with is what I'm trying to say.
