Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Had Barbara passed on earlier, say perhaps from child birth, leaving Bob to raise Chris on his own, would Chris have had a better or worse life than he does now?

I would say better up until Bob's death. After Bob's death there would be some better things and some worse things.

It's not like Bob played no part in shaping Chris into the specimen he is today. It sounds like he has enabled (tugboat) and exempted Chris from any big-boy duties, though perhaps if he wasn't reinforced by Barb, things may've panned out differently. Perhaps Bob would remarry somebody who would've had a positive impact on Chris.

I don't necessarily think "off Barb" would result in an instant happy ending. The environment Chris was bred in was a combined effort.
Chris was way more crippled by Barb cuddling with him (and the big chain of related behaviors) than the tugboat.

Chris is largely crippled socially. He wouldn't be perfect in a Bob-centric household, but he wouldn't be quite as helpless either.

The least we know: Chris wouldn't have to live in a toxic dumpster full of moldy hoard and parasites...

Chris liked this video on Youtube.

1. Why do they still have tails when in human form?

Fake tails. It's a song that's meant to inspire everyone and get school spirit up so they wore fake ears and tails since the school's mascot just so happens to actually be, well, ponies.

Source: I've seen Equestria Girls. Twice. Despite being an MLP fan, I still actually really do dislike the movies, I watched them for sporking sake

Q: What does the "snergen flergen" phrase come from. I cant found it on the wiki, but some people here use that for its profile title.

On the subject, is "Snergen Flergen" ripped off from anything? I'm usually pretty good at spotting the references in Chris's work, but this one is a mystery. It's also the only line in Sonichu that got a legitimate laugh out of me, so it has to be from something, right?

Sounds like random access humor to me.

My 2 minutes of googling yielded nothing, he may get some credit for it.

It reminds me a little of Professor Frink from The Simpsons, maybe it is him free-associating off that.

After reading Null's troll subforum essay, I wonder once again: Is CWC somehow physically incapable of learning not to trust people on the intarwebz? I mean, he has gotten trolled how often? 20, 30, 50 times? Even JustinRPG has learned not to react to trolling, and he's far lower functioning than CWC.

Since Bob died, the only way to troll Chris has been to meet him IRL or to exploit exceptional circumstances (or perhaps be exceptionally clever). Chris is very wary nowadays.

I don't think anyone in here would be that much better at dodging trolls than Chris is.
