As I mentioned before, theoretically Chris could get a housing voucher to pay for it, on top of his tugboat. This would be enough to pay for both his housing (assuming it's in a low-cost area), and his daily needs like food and such. His tugboat alone will not pay for managed housing -- if he relied on only his tugboat, he could maybe get a tiny rural hovel somewhere and have barely enough left over for ramen.

Fortunately these sorts of places are used to dealing with delusional tards, so that won't be a huge issue.
Will Chris still have his tugboat even with the time in prison?

He hasn't been in prison. He's been in jail. He is not convicted yet, so his tugboat is still alive. It is still being deposited in his account every month. If he is let out on time served, plus up to 29 days of further time in jail, his tugboat will not stop.

If he receives a total sentence that is time served plus 30 days-1 year, he will probably still spend the rest of it in jail. The tugboat will stop after 30 days, but once he is released he will be able to send in a simple form to reactivate it.

If he receives more than a year after time served, he will most likely go to actual prison. His tugboat will still stop after 30 days. When he is finally released, his tugboat will not restart -- he will have to REAPPLY for it. This is a more difficult and involved process, but would still probably be successful if he had someone helping him with the paperwork.

So he could potentially have months worth of tugboat in his account when he gets out. He'll be itching to start rebuilding his toy pile.

Barb might have been taking money from it, and I doubt the Ween's are keeping him in letter pads, stamps and goodies from the commissary and he's having to top it up himself, especially now that the news has faded out of the internet's psyche and the new kids have found something else to throw mummy an daddys money at.

Chris wont be sitting on a big of a stack of cash as you'd think, he'll be lucky to come out with much more than a single tugboat.

The 2020's are almost 20% over. Do you think Chris will live to see January 1, 2030?

Yes. I have a very morbid confidence in Chris' survival instincts. It's already been ten years since Robert's death, and Chris seems to have been perfectly content to live in unimaginable squalor and filth with his so-called mother. He'll probably be moving to a jail, a prison, an "assisted living" facility, or a nursing home — perhaps in that exact order. Unless he contracts a sudden, deadly disease, I expect he'll still be around in 2040. He certainly won't kill himself: in addition to this "I'm Jesus" scam he's running, he is undoubtedly one of the sorriest physical cowards on the planet.

Few "if this happens" kind of things have been floating in my mind and if Chris lost access to 14bc, would Kengle keep Chris as a house mate?
I couldn't imagine having Chris as a roommate beyond 3 days before he becomes entitled to be an asshole somehow. But kengle seems to keep up with Chris the most so yeah, just a thought.

I'm not too familiar with Virginia's housing or homeless situation for people like Chris but I agree his tugboat won't stop that's for sure, he is incapable of working and some government drone will be assigned to get him back on.

Maybe he might end up like John Bulla in one of those skeezie sex offender communities in a trailer park perhaps, which is my best bet so far. He couldn't spend a night in a car, he will find a way to be comfortable/ pitty scam cheap rent.

I hope this happens to him. It's the only way he can't interact with others, seeing that everyone views him as a (n even) gross(er) pervert. The only people who could still accept Chris are the enablers and white knights who care more for Chris preferred gender, than the act he did to Barb, which speaks volumes to their standards (fuck, some of them might think the incest thing was a ruse to troll Chris because the lgbt community refuse to believe the CWCki or the actual facts of the event).

Yes, well said! To put it in simpler terms, the only person who'd voluntarily "take care" of Chris is Null, or someone like Null. Posing as a "helper," Null has been grooming Chris for years. Bella might "take charge" of Chris for a week or so, but then she'd disappear, leaving him more lost than ever . . . Null wouldn't do that. Null and Chris are star-crossed lovers, like Romeo and Juliet. But i suspect that, of the two, Chris is more "masculine." Null gets to be the bottom. Null makes Chris-Chan look like Mike Tyson.

Absolutely mind-boggling that the Baker Act is only restricted to families and loved ones. Most first world countries let psychiatrists involuntarily commit and treat patients they deem to be insane.

Land of the Free once again showing why it's a third world country.
The Baket Act only exists in Florida. I don't know about you but I would not be enthused about having a doctor who may or may not really know what they are doing have that kind of power.

And you'd be right to feel that way.

During the leadership of General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev, psychiatry was used to disable and remove from society political opponents ("dissidents") who openly expressed beliefs that contradicted the official dogma.[4][5] The term "philosophical intoxication", for instance, was widely applied to the mental disorders diagnosed when people disagreed with the country's Communist leaders

Barb was found to be at fault for the car accident last month, got charged with Fail to Yield Right-of-Way. Got a $30 fine plus $76 in court costs.

I think most if not all other states have their own version of baker acting someone, like California has 5150 holds and New York has Kendra's Law. I looked up Virginia here and you can use that link to look up your own state. Some relevant quotes:

"A minimum of 50 beds per 100,000 people is considered necessary to provide minimally adequate treatment for individuals with severe mental illness. Like every state, Virginia fails to meet this minimum standard."
"Beds per 100,000 people: 18.2"
"State ranking in beds per capita: 49"
"Like every state in the nation, Virginia incarcerates more individuals with severe mental illness than it hospitalizes."
"Likelihood of incarceration vs. hospitalization: 3.6 to 1"

What are you talking about? He completed his love quest last June when he finally found his perfect boyfriend free girl.

Excuse me, I’m going to kill myself as penance for writing that.
You have to stay alive to see what happens to Chris.

Your penance will be knowing the outcome for the rest of your life.

Are you surprised that a lady over 80 who went through a traumatic event can't drive?
That ain't good for barbs finances. She's already on a meagre enough income. Selling the house seems more pertiant now.
Maybe the tugboat can still cover it and maybe take some money from Chris but the Bank will take the house when she dies since it's under her name.

I was more surpised she was still driving and we don't know barbs situation. Either way I don't think she's fit to be left on her own. White trash or not.
