Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Greene County Courthouse. Feb 3rd. $10 says continuance.
The time has long since passed since Heilberg's psych evaluations were made on Chris. He knows full well that Chris cannot go back home and a continuance is the only way to go until he can arrange with prosecutors to find an alternative place for Chris to stay. Keep in mind, Chris still thinks he did nothing wrong, and if I'm the judge and weighing in the options, I would not trust Chris to continue living under the same roof as his victim, knowing Chris isn't showing any remorse/agency. The only agency Chris showed was for his toys at his arraignment.

While I agree in the duck removal process, I do not support the vaginification process. I wouldn't wish dilation on my worst enemies.
Hack the meat and two veg off, plug the hole with fast-setting concrete, and then drill a narrow channel through the concrete, just wide enough for Chris to piss through. (Or, for extra laffs, don't bother with the channel, and watch as Chris's bladder bursts internally and messily, a bit like that luckless Roman in Caligula who has his cock tied off with a leather bootlace and then gets force-fed with wine.)

Why hasn't Sonichu broke his father out of jail? What the fuck bro.
Probably because Chris not only raped him but, he took over Sonichu’s body and raped Rosechu as well while maintaining a homosexual relationship with Silvana, Mewtwo and Magi-Chan. He also might have made Sonichu a pedophile by messing around with Cryzel. I’m not sure if she was under 18 during the time Chris and Sonichu switched bodies.

Does he realize he's in jail, and prison is still to come (depending on how the trial goes)?
He knows he’s in the jail of fail. He thinks he’s been wronged and his lawyer will get him out in due time. There probably won’t be a trial. Eventually, Chris will get a hearing and then possibly time served. Prison may not happen.

As long as he is kept by himself and he is able to maintain his delusions, I don’t think a move to prison will affect Chris much.
Depending on what has been said in other threads it might even be better for Chris. He'd still be stuck in an 8x10 cell 23 hours a day with minimal human contact but it would have the same amenities as his current cell. He'd get a bed with a thin mattress, a table, a toilet, a sink that he washes his ass in bidet, the ability to decorate it with prayer rugs, access to overpriced junk food, etc. What would change is that he could possibly buy a TV, a tablet, or even a video game console. If Chris had those things in his cell he'd happily spend his sentence staring at a screen before a guard told him his time was up and he was a free man. Years of not having to work, eating food on par with a TV Dinner, watching TV and playing video games all day with plenty of time to daydream, and limited Internet access would be Chris's equivalent of a five star Hawaiian vacation.

Chris did give the jail a three star review in one of his letters. He's having the time of his life. The only thing Chris was concerned about real life was paying bills, and ironically, the people of VA who pay for his tugboat also pay for the light and water of the jail.

If only zoomers stopped trying to fuck with chris all of this could have been avoided.

Nobody weened Chris into fucking his own mother. Chris came up with that idea all on his very own.

Chris has been unsalvageable for decades. His ultimate destiny has always been the same. Only the various "side quests" on his way there have provided any interest.

tl;dr: Chris' life is Chris' fault. Nobody else's.

Speaking as a taxpayer, I don't really care either way so long as I don't have to pay for it (or for the inevitable complications and side effects). That said, I might be persuaded to hand over 5¢ for a small rubber band.

But his interests lied in video games, children's toys and chasing women.

Standing still in one place holding up a creepy sign doesn't count as chasing. I'm not sure what the hell it actually is, but it's not chasing.

I think Chris's lawyer could have requested bail and it would have been granted. Chris was likely denied bail because Mr. Heilberg thinks Chris will screw his case up even worse if he is not in custody.

On the contrary, Heilberg knew better than to request bail because he knew it would NOT have been granted. Given Chris' violation of the EPO, given Chris' high probability to re-offend, given the constant online scrutiny of Chris, and given, well, Chris himself, there was no way Chris was getting bail.

Besides, Heilberg knew letting Chris run loose would only be creating more work for himself.

Also, as has been pointed out elsewhere, what the hell else could they do with him but leave him in jail? There's no way Chris could make bail himself, and what bondsman would take him on? I don't know if it qualifies for bail releases, but the courts have a certain responsibility to place special individuals like Chris into suitable housing. Where would that be? It's simply easier for all concerned to leave him in jail. Chris isn't worth the effort of finding another solution.

Plus he has nowhere to go.

This.

Bob hoped Chris could make a career out of it.
Part of me thinks Bob wanted to turn Chris into himself, or Chris' half sister Carol.

Bob hoped Chris could somehow become self sufficient and move out of his house. I don't think Bob particularly cared how. Given Chris' interest in drawing, he probably picked CADD as one of the few possibilities. Even Bob realized Chris would never make a career out of economics or sociology or whatever.

He would have been denied bail even if he hadn’t said that.

Also this. There was no way Chris was getting bail. Anything he said at the hearing only confirmed that decision.

So apparently that Helena troon who was interacting a lot with chris before motherfucker saga is spreading around CWC religious flyers around his neighborhood

No worse than those twits who litter Chick Tracts. No better either.

and pretending like someone else is responsible

Oh weens. If the weenery is so lame even the weens can see it and refuse to take credit, why even do it?

You're assuming he'd have the cell to himself. Prisons are too overcrowded to afford speds like Chris the luxury of their own cells. Chances are he'd have a roommate, and, depending on the roommate, that could lead to all sorts of (unwanted) human contact.

But Chris isn't going to prison …yet.

Chris did, for a time use other methods to get to the ladies: tying a sting to a paper heart and throwing it at them; putting a rock, tying it to a paper heart and throwing it at them. Don't underestimate a tard and his love quest. Bottom line is Chris went after women, no matter if he's sitting still or lumbering about.

He also might have made Sonichu a pedophile by messing around with Cryzel. I’m not sure if she was under 18 during the time Chris and Sonichu switched bodies.

One has to wonder why Chris didn't try to adjust the age of consent in CWCville. It's in Virginia, where it is 18, but since Chris has passed laws in CWCville that violate the constitutions of both the Virginia and US, he should have enough power to set it to whatever age he wants.

But then, as stated in the issue where they invade the 4-cent garbage building, Chris seems to believe the age of consent is 18 in the entire US even though in the majority of the states bordering Virginia (and the majority of the US) it's 16.

They let people who have done far, far worse things out on bail, even in Virginia. Anyone can see that Chris is not a huge flight risk, nor is he at risk of reoffending if he were kept away from 14BC (ankle monitor). He has a short record of petty crime, but they let people out with far longer criminal histories. His previous record speaks somewhat well of him in this regard since he has shown up to court dates, etc. and has never jumped bail.

It's 90% that he has nowhere to go and 10% him being stalked by weens. The prosecutor even pointed out that denying bail was for Chris' well-being.

If his family had been willing to take him in (and hadn't instead called the cops to keep him away) he probably would not be in jail right now. I mean, I don't blame his family for not wanting to let the motherfucker stay there, but if they had he would not be in jail.

EDIT: Regarding weens, it's certain that Gunt being there for the arrest is what cemented the decision. Consolvo specifically cited the events of the arrest as the reason he was concerned for the community's safety and Chris' safety. i.e. he was saying the weens were a bigger threat to the community than Chris is.

AFAIK the court didn't factor in the EPO at all, or even mention it.

How much money do you think Chris could make if he started making Sonichu NFTs after he gets out of prison? I genuinely think that he could have become a millionaire if he had done it before he was arrested. Not sure about afterwards.

Edit: The more I think about it, the more I hope that the next arc of Chris's story is him becoming a millionaire by selling Sonichu NFTs. Of course, the following arc would be him being completely broke after he wastes all of his money.

Even in the areas for people under protection? (Ex cops, diddlers, trans, etc)
