Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

He technically hit someone with his car and assaulted someone else with mace.
I forgot about those. Every time one mentions Chris' crimes, they tend forget some. The Snyder incident would have been a lot different if Snyder withdrew leniency for Chris and Barb. Even after Chris said he doesn't deserve "one red cent." I think Chris should've stayed longer after the macing incident just because he's that much of a nuisance and is giving Ruckersville a bad look.

Being a nuisance and giving the town a bad reputation isn’t illegal. But he should have received more consequences for the things he’s done that are illegal.

What medication/treatment/diagnosis do you think Chris will receive if he’s in psych? AFAIK Chris only has autism and anger issues on his file, but I’ve been wondering if they’re gonna give him some kind of pill cocktail if he’s in the hospital talking about the dimension merge and how he’s the transgender reincarnation of Jesus.
Will he have more opportunities for socializing in the hospital?

Chris has actually not really been in trouble with the law much in Greene County/Ruckersville in the past. All of his past court cases have been in the City of Charlottesville or Albemarle County, except for having to pay a fine for not getting his dogs licensed/vaccinated for rabies.

He's been banned from a couple of places in Ruckersville (Walmart, and the gym he was going to) but he's never had charges pressed for that like he has in C-ville area.

If Chris ever had any opportuinties for socializing in the hospital, it wouldn't nearly be at the same level as the people he's talked to online. I'm not even entirely sure if he'd even be allowed near other patients.

Group therapy and socialization is encouraged and part of the process. You only are segregated for constant misbehavior. At the facilities I am familiar with, there is a bottom level (the isolation/quiet room) that you are sent to for being uncontrollable, and then a basic level where you aren't allowed to leave your regular room and food is taken to you, etc.

The next level above that, quickly reached as long as you don't misbehave (takes a couple of days to a week, depending on how quick your review comes), lets you eat with other patients, group therapy, etc.

There are then usually a few levels above that. The next one up usually includes lots of leisure time, TV/Vidya and general socialization. Above that there are group activities outside, then day trips outside, then overnight/weekend trips to visit relatives.

So the protected and separated status Chris had in jail no longer applies?

In places like this, if you are defiant and/or violent, you are separated. The general population that gets to hang out in the common area is generally docile. It's not like jail/prison where a small level of violence is expected and ignored. If you show signs of violence at all you are immediately downgraded and don't get to be in the common area anymore.

The only reason Chris would be unsafe in common areas would be his propensity to piss off someone who would normally not be violent.

i.e. he's not among regular criminals anymore, he's among other tards.

He finally among his own kind.

This is the part at the end of the movie when the animal escapes captivity to go live in the wild, is accepted by some more of its species, and runs off to go live happily ever after. Only in this case two weeks later Chris will be cast out from the herd for being an obnoxious, entitled, selfish, sex pest that not even the other mentally ill want to be around.

A more classic question to remind us of less depressing times in Chris’s history, I still wonder at times did Chris really get the honour roll?

Doubt. Chris is too lazy and impatient for an honor roll. Depending on the school you'd need to maintain for the year a 3.0-3.5. Sometimes even a 4.0 (my school instead had two honor rolls. One for 3.0, and principal's for 4.0 and above) From what @Hogar Grupal said:

Generally, once high school students achieve honor roll, they would try to push academically further in college. If Chris got Honor Roll, he would've done well in PVCC and would've gotten his degree in 2 years rather than 5.

I believe Chris received some award, possibly perfect attendance or something in middle school (maybe even a quarterly since they do that in some middle schools) and his parents held it in high regards. Thus leading to Chris parroting his belief how great an honor roll is, though it's meaningless in adulthood. Even associates and some bachelors degrees aren't receiving the same amount of respect nowadays. It's Chris' many ways of coping; Pretending it's on par to seem equal to his peers.

Actually in some states and counties. Maintaining a common nuisance is a misdemeanor crime. Particular if you're a repeat offender acting belligerent in public. It's used in those rare instances when you really piss off an officer and they want to stop you from being a fuck up and end the situation then and there.

Ah, a classic Greek comedy. Bob and Borb wanted to stop him from being institutionalized in the nut house and by pretending and avoiding the problems. Their worst fears came to be. Or should I say, Chris'. Seriously Chris is deathly afraid of other slow-in-the-minds. I think for Chris; Deep down this is one of the very few things he can actually relate and self reflect on. Now no longer a window; he's living in his own personal hell. Becoming the very thing he so proudly touted he overcame. It'd be funny if it wasn't so depressing.

At this point shouldn’t there be a CWCki page for all of Chris’s crimes, he’s literally fucked about and toed the line so much I’m surprised if there isn’t one, someone should make one if there isn’t already.

CWCki editors, make it happen.

What would happen if Chris had claimed that the CWCki and farms were causing him actual emotional and physical distress and were leading him to suicide , and he actually went through with it blaming both of them for his death,

We would laugh at Chris and do nothing.

would both sites be shut down or be at legal risk for the emotional damage caused?

Chris would have to bring suit against the website. Good luck with that. If the all powerful New Zealand Government (which we all know is headed by Sauron the Great) couldn't bring down the farms, what chance does Chris have?

and they even have community college rings

Every sucker creates a market.

I'm almost surprised Chris doesn't have one. Imagine the combined magic of a Manchester High School ring AND a Piedmont Virginia Community College ring. "By their powers combined…"
