About that - Chris states in a video he's attenting a college class about caring for people with dementia (Which he refers to as an umbrella term) so unsually Chris is actually educated on that subject, or should be but he went out of his way to take that class.

Makes me think of the stream from over a week prior where he said he had some dementia himself. He’s even wearing the stripes.

Probably because given the situation, they don't want tards going starting to meddle in this shit. I mean just in the last few days that /b/tard cruised by the house, in addition to that other Redditfag who met up with some buyer, and sat in the cul-de-sac for however long.

Before all this, after Chris was arrested, there was that other tard who literally walked all the way around the house, filming the outside.

I imagine the local police have already been notified about what's been going on.

Thinking about how there's absolutely no way chris made that many medallions or even signed that many autographs for Praetor's shop and they're almost certainly making them themselves and passing them off as "handmade by him".

It'd be hard to prove and I doubt most people care but, hm.

Anyone stupid enough to buy Chris memorabilia deserves to get conned.

The Etsy shop has disclaimers on the Sonichu medallions. Here's the one for the $35 medallions:
(NOTE: While these medallions are by far our most popular listing they are NOT handmade by Christine and do NOT include authentication certificates. These are mass produced on an assembly line that is hired and paid by Christine. While they are officiated and lovingly produced under Christine, they have not been signed or constructed by her.)
Here's the disclaimer for the $75 medallions, which are signed:
(NOTE: Christine Chandler packed the majority of these herself. Multiple reviews have mentioned finding hairs/odd smells on packages. We cannot guarantee whether your package will be ever truly sanitary, as we do not open them to preserve Christine's products best as possible. Enjoy your extra flavor bits.)

@Pointless Sperg, could you enlighten our speculation?

I wonder if a place opened in a group home or halfway house and they're ready to put him in one of those places. Then after August rolls around, if he fulfills certain requirements like not going to 14BC and staying away from Barb, his charges could be dropped.

Further speculation, I wonder if Chris is on some drug used to treat abnormal sexual behavior such as DMPA, effectively chemically castrating him. This can be given as an intramuscular injection four times a year and is consistent with Chris's desire to become a woman as it is used by men who want to transition to being a woman. Coincidentally, its use is not recommended by the FDA for more than two years - the amount of time between Chris's arrest and his August review.

If Chris now has a reduced sex drive, I wonder if that conflicts with his desire to transition, since his motivation for that was to attract lesbians.

This is all my speculation and I could be wrong about everything.

they probably have him on seroquel or another second gen antipsychotic. The drug is surprisingly versatile, and is used off label for sleep in doses of 25-50mg all the way up to 800mg for acute psychosis and mania. This and other antipsychotics literally slow the brain down (affects the amygdala i think) and results in a feeling of zombie-like stupor and brain fog. These side effects are the reason why so many schizos stop taking their antipsychotic drugs, they are effectively chemical lobotomies. regarding your point about sex drive/transition- I think but am not sure that anti-psychotics kill sex drive and coupled with the brain fog he might well not have even thought about his gender/transitioning for awhile. As crazy and fucked up he is, I can't help but feel compassion for him, essentially tranquilized and kept in a box like and animal.

He's gone too far to detroon. He tried to retcon god into being a woman and in general believes women to be superior. If he detransitioned it would in his mind make him as bad as all those evil alternate universe counterparts of himself he's thought up.
I'm guessing he agreed to the autism deferral? But this is a review, so I assume this is to see if Chris' time behind bars so far has made an impact on him. Wasn't his case scheduled August of this year?
My guess is Heilberg is getting pissy that the courts haven't found Chris a home in six months and is trying to get things moving again and/or change the rules so jail time counts as tard home time. If the deferral says that Chris needs to spend a full year in a group home in order to be released and the courts just never place him in one, they could essentially hold him forever and Heilberg doesn't want them to do that.

That could be it. They would then review Chris's behavior and evaluations and make a determination based on that. It's still not a slam dunk Chris will be out, in fact, it could be that Chris bombed all those evaluations, and was too high functioning, that the autism defense isn't valid and Chris could catch the felony charge hanging over his head.

As a lawyer, Heilberg can't promise Chris anything that the courts haven't made a decision on, though Chris has a habit of hearing what he wants to hear and dismissing anything he doesn't. It could be that Heilberg threw that out there and Chris just assumes Heilberg got him off the hook.

I doubt a home opened up since someone posted a while back that virgina is actually losing group homes that aren't state funded, and the few that are are reserved for severely retarded that have no family or connections (aka fortune from old money) to house them.

My guess is praetor offered to take Chris in and Heilburg said fuck it, it's the closest thing to family he has and we can't just toss him out the jail gates with no place to stay...at least not anymore.

The august review was most likely a probationary follow up to make sure he's being a good boy; attending his therapy sessions, and staying the hell away from barb and/or the house. The jail has housed him nearly two years and he's been a burden and more trouble than he's worth. No way there were gonna push it all the way to three and have nothing to show for it. I think they're the only ones more excited to see him go than we are.

ahhh the Chris Chan paradox. His constant sperging about being a cpu sonichu goddess and "literally jesus" made him fail the evaluations, but at the same time he's still mentally sound enough to walk, talk, understand the charges against him, and all the other things they test for competency that they can't label him incompetent to stand trial.

Sure Heilberg can make empty threats and use the fact he's a lawyer to bluff people into compliance, but why would he when the letters wouldn't even make a difference in the case. Most of it is just Chris rambling about random stuff, and even when he brings up the barbcest it's still just dribble that the court doesn't need to prove that he did it. Only thing I can think of is if he's worried Chris will end up name dropping whichever tard home gets stuck with him, which is unlikely considering he hasn't even been assigned one yet.
Chris is his own worst enemy. And his big mouth that lacks a filter is how he wound up in jail (and rightly so, but he got there because he's a blabbermouth). Heilberg is trying to keep his unpredictable client's imprudence off the internet, so that he doesn't destroy whatever record of good will/behavior is being tried to be built in jail and the review (now only 7 months away!) is not blown to smithereens. At stake is a serious criminal record of the sort that would probably prohibit a lot of possible outcomes for Chris. Chris is his client, and Chris can't be trusted not to blow himself up, so he's protecting him from the other direction.

My prediction:

Going off of the recent alleged jail visit, it would appear that Chris seems to have accepted that his release will have terms, in his mind the "sacrifice" or not seeing Barb or 14BLC. Seeing as Chris has already spent the max amount of time he would be sentenced to behind bars as time served, perhaps its possible the prosecution is offering a plea deal with stipulations on Chris if he gets out. (Among those probably being that he has to stay off the internet) Being how much of a circus this whole thing is, it would not surprise me if the courts, the jailhouse, and Heilburg are all sick of the weening and just want to get shit over with.

If this is the case, Chris could be on the loose sooner rather than later.

Lawyer Kiwis have said the letters are irrelevant and the lawyers won’t bring them up.
Not relevant (or marginally) in terms of evidence of his crime, but potentially at least a distraction from whatever constructed presentation as to Chris' state of mind/functionality that Heilberg will want to be putting forth at the review time. Chris's unpredictability and poor judgment (and unique blend of fantasy and reality) is just not ideally what you want your client putting out there, in this particular circumstance especially.
