Oh, I knew that. I was sorta~kinda there. I remember the threads on /b/ circa 2009-2010. I was moreso asking an open ended question on how christory has effected non-Chris related lolcows, how they’re observed and talked about.

To give additional perspective from an outsider who has watched the internet grow since the early aughts, I think Chris trolling and observing set the standards for how to not pozload my negholep and it taught many people the important lesson that fake gay ops will never be as good as natural occurring events and the reactions they cause.

There are zoomers now that have thrown out this entire playbook and they heavily manipulate targets to get the desired reaction.

Daniel Larson springs to mind immediately as he had a similar beginning as a severely mentally ill (and most likely also a literal retard) 20-something who originally came to local fame through a soft local news piece about a struggling autistic boy being raised by his grandmother. His grandmother eventually died and through a series of events that are both his fault and the system failing Daniel he ended up homeless and only has one old man in his life named Bob who he grew close with as a child when he was mentored by him. And yeah, that sounds pretty weird to anyone.

Bob has been bankrolling his homeless life, even paying untold thousands for studio time because Daniel legitimately showed interest in being a singer.

The shit hits the fan when TikTok trolls discover this unhinged goblin hobo and take advantage of his low IQ by pretending to be label reps, studio musicians, journalists, women, even Bob, you name it and they’ve tried it. They cause him to panic by pretending to be his label and showing fake mockups of invoices showing Daniel to be hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt to huge AAA record companies. They justify this all by saying he’s a pedophile and pointing to texts and video where he discusses such things but it’s never clear that he’s doing these things freely or under duress.

Over at r/DanielLarson they freely share his phone number and anyone wh Points to it shitty troll tactics gets downvoted into oblivion.

First, the actual statutes requiring registration under § 18.2-366 (the incest statute) also require conditions beyond that.

Second, the actual part of the statute listing the requisite offenses is § 9.1-902, not 1-903.

The relevant text with the two mentions of the statute:

That would be for a tier one offense, the most serious, and they'd have to have proven that part of the statute.
This is effectively rape and someone convicted of this could probably face conviction of actual rape as well.

And this is for Tier 3, a much lower offense which comes with very few restrictions.

So they'd have to prove something akin to rape unless he had multiple convictions.

When it comes to his autonomy, Chris is legally a functioning adult. He can consent (or not) to contracts and he can decide whether or not to live in a group home.

The government generally doesn't seek out tards to stick them in group homes on their own initiative. (Though there is a provision in Virginia that if a tard is released from criminal custody, they do try to secure them a place to stay. However as I understand it, that's still something the tard would need to consent to or not.)

It's possible to get Chris subject to some kind of trust or get his power of attorney taken away. However that would require some kind of private busybody like Rocky to push for it to happen.

No but they could go after both if they felt like it. Also if just by being old meant you were automatically incapacitated, you just put all old people in homes against their will. If you show that someone is legally incapacitated and can't give consent, that's rape. There might be a lesser included offense thing that would force them to pick one or the other, or a jury charge that they could only pick one or the other, but it's kind of a moot point.

The medallion incident was so long ago his father was still alive. Regardless, it was "Crayola Fucking Model Magic" and thus not a real danger. Plus it was an isolated incident. Chris has always been capable of taking care of himself (poorly). Social services have much bigger concerns.

We only have his word.

That being said, I'm fairly confident he actually banged the hooker. No opinion on the Barb story.

The reason I say this, is that his story with the hooker was fairly detailed. It included weird little details that might be embarrassing, some details that might be flattering to him, and then some neutral details. They were all scattered around the story in a way that would probably be beyond his ability to fake.

I can see him hamfistedly faking much of the story. Maybe if he got an especially prominent brain fart that day, and then decided to specifically add particularly embarrassing elements to balance out his brags about his giant dick.

I just think that's unlikely.

I think it's reasonable to think Chris managed to hire a working girl with cash. Lots of skeevy guys do it every day.

I have serious doubts about that.

We have seen him skipping around different counties but that's probably just because he's getting banned from one of them cuz yeah weens.
