I'd assume because "Crystal" was white in his dream. I think if a black woman had been willing to fuck him, he'd have done it.

I think this is one time where the autism took over and it really wasn't a fault of Chris's. While he is racist, I think a lot of that comes from how Chris views "different" things. Like if you showed Chris a picture of a black guy in a suit, and another one in thug attire, Chris would just see them as the same person. Similarly a Chinese and Japanese are "the same" to him.

Now since he had a dream about having a kid, most likely that kid was white in his dream, and thusly, he would focus on a white woman. Going further into his idea for a wife being a fuck-mommy, obviously his mother was white, he's white, so that must be a white woman.

I don't think it's because is Chris is racist, per say, just that his stupid dream mumbo jumbo laid down criteria that he needs to get.

Chris never "rejected" anyone in his whole life. That is a common misconception. In the early pre-ED page, love quest years, two black women asked him about the sign and its requirements when Chris explained he didn't want African Americans but that does not mean they asked him on a date and that Chris rejected them.

Maybe I'm being more charitable to him than he deserves, but I wouldn't attribute Chris' "No Darkies" dating criterion to racism per se. It's just a preference the same way some guys only date blondes. It's not "hair-color-ist" to have such a preference. Taken to an even more absurd extreme, it's not sexist for a straight person to only want to date members of the opposite sex either.

That whole thing is pretty sad when you think about it. Bob got both himself and Barb a niche for their urns at a cemetery next to Monticello, but nothing for Chris. When the inenevitable happens, I have a feeling Barb's sister is going to have to step in and handle all that while Chris goes completely bonkers, saying that as Jesus, he helped guide her to heaven and all that. I assume Harriet and Uncle Tom will take care of all the "brain work" with the estate, while Chris sits in Branchland with his fantasies until the bank forecloses.
