I think Chris seeing everything in video game logic is a combo of his lack of distinction between real life and fantasy, lack of the self awareness that'd let him know that's not a normal thing other people do, his Autism (video game logic is very rigid and easy to understand while real life is dynamic and confusing), and the fact video games are familiar to him.

I think it's less that video games affected Chris's autism, and more that Chris's autism drew him to video games. Autism is all about consistency, knowing what's going to happen and not really deviating from what you understand. It's very easy to become familiar enough with a game to say "this will happen, and then this will happen, and then this will happen", so they're popular with autists.

I think up until now there hasn't been any overlap with Chris's interests. Loot boxes appear mostly in online games with some element of competition - the kind of game Chris avoids. If they ever make an MLP game with loot boxes, Chris will probably sell Barb to organ harvesters to get the 1/1000-chance golden slippers or whatever.

While I was checking ED, I found some interesting info on Sarah Hammer.

1. Apparently Sarah Hammer's real name was actually Charlene Ann Suchess.
2. She was a Cwcki contributor, it didn't say what username she went as.
   
3. She died from a car accident on February 12, 2016 near Washington DC.

These were added by a user named The Ultra X-ray, who claims to know Sarah. I find these info spurious as I did my own research on her, searching both the supposed real name and the name we are all familiar with. So far I didn't find any obituary or any proof of death. Maybe I didn't search deep enough, maybe The Ultra X-ray is just adding bullshit.

1. Apparently Sarah Hammer's real name was actually Charlene Ann Suchess.
2. She was a Cwcki contributor, it didn't say what username she went as.
   
3. She died from a car accident on February 12, 2016 near Washington DC.

He got it wrong. Sarah Jackson is the one that was killed in a car accident (read: by Optimus Prime) under suspicion of being a decepticon

It's subjective, but in my opinion it's largely because he hasn't made any effort to improve his work. nor has he wished to have others assist him with his work. Case in point: Harry Partridge offered to collaborate with him, but Chris refused, calling Harry's work as "bad".
