Doubtful. Considering how Borb thought autism was the same thing as being mentally retarded, they were probably afraid he'd either get into the medicine cabinet, think all those pills must be candy that they were hiding from him and eat them or that he'd burn the house down.

I'd say it's pretty likely that Chris has been home alone on a number of occasions, just based on the fact that his parents didn't seem to give a shit about raising him right.
 
I always forget Chris was homeschooled for a year. Whatever Borb taught him, it can't have been good. I have to wonder if Chris' Style of Writing may Have been Taken From Barb:

It's probably more that Barb was suspicious that a female would be sexually/romantically interested in her son. She really grilled Ivy, as well as other internet girlfriends.

A Hoard is not a Home

So how long til Barb and Chris go back to 14BLC?

Say what you will about it's living conditions now, but I've known people who've had their houses flooded, and they move out for a few months, but eventually move back.

They still own 14BLC, the hoard is their home.

I say 6 months at latest. There's a lot of roof damage plus the hoard is going to go. It has to, there is no way any firm will give back a full hoard.
 
Hasn't the majority of the hoard already been burned to a crisp?

Im sure it was a shocking but healthy thing to have happened. I am still amazed they both escaped unharmed

Looking at the fire pics, maybe not. After all the fire had to burst out the roof to get some of that sweet sweet oxygen. There's enough fuel, no doubt, but the conditions likely restricted the amount of open space, and therefore oxygen available.
 
You guys ever see the late night TV ads where lawyers ask if your autistic kid took Risperdal and grew boy titties? Chris has boy titties. Did he take Risperdal? If he did, should he call that number so he can get the titty money he deserves?

Actually I'm pretty sure that's a myth. I'm fairly certain they regenerate, considering we lose hundreds of brain cells a day.
 
I think they take such a long time to regenerate (like, sixty years or more) that it's essentially that they die and don't come back.
