Not really. He'd have been assassinated as long as ANYONE else close to the throne/rulership position wasn't in fact, much more egregiously worse. Queen Victoria was a pretty good ruler and she had dozens of assassination attempts. Nero had to go around literally poisoning everyone else who could have taken his place because everyone wanted him gone.

He absolutely would have been a weak ruler and would have faced usurpation immediately, or some noble, lord or even someone connected to his lineage could keep him around as a puppet figure, whilst some other person held real power.

I doubt Chris is going to get 10 years - 2 - 5 tops what he's done is reprehensible in the extreme but the prison system is full of people like CWC he is absurd to people outside of the internet (and most on the internet to be sure) however he isn't anything the Police and Prison system haven't seen before in terms of mental capacity or delusions, if anything they deal with worse.

I am aware of one serial child molesting family (through the internet) who not only commited multi generational incest but kidnapping and incest and maybe one or two killings, prety much the whole family got arrested and charged in the 70's or 80's apart from the kids half of whom ended up in a lifetime care situation, and look at the Fritzel kids supposedly the 2 under 16 at discovery are supposedly in a normal schooling situations last time I saw anything about them surfaced pre Covid.

As for your question, what's going to happen it wouldn't shock me to find out that has been either tossed out already and if it hasnt the clean up crew for the horde will just tape up the freezer and just toss it whole if chris isn't out or he's still not allowed back at 14BLC.

I know Chris has tried the patience of just about everybody and their cat in the legal system which his past shenanigans, but several times where it could have gotten serious, he was let off with a warning or a slap on the wrist (the egregious example would be the Hit and Run case with Michael Snyder.)

In this case, in my opinion, such a thing would be unacceptable.
Society has basically given Chris an invincibility complex, and a dangerous one at that.
I sincerely want him to pay for him crimes and have that moment of clarity knock some fucking sense into him. And yes, I know that last part is wishful thinking, but consider if you will that Chris has never been to the school of hard knocks where he was significantly punished for -anything-. That is a trend that should not be allowed to continue.

It's why it's annoying when people get all defensive of him, like yeah bluespike is an asshole and went way too far but for people to say "He tortured poor Chris!" when Chris himself terrorized Megan and Mary Lee Walsh for years and spread nude sexual drawings of them online, and raped his mother, there's no defending him anymore. Chris is not an innocent victim. He could've gotten off the internet a million times. People tried to help him many times and gave him many opportunities. There are lower functioning people than him who have more self awareness and knowledge of boundaries. He is a bad person period. He serves as a cautionary tale for those raising autistic kids, which is the silver lining of this whole situation. Now that he's documented on the internet forever it can prevent the next generation of parents from fucking up that badly.

People who defend Chris are either willfully ignorant or don't realize he is a garbage human.
I keep seeing this argument about how if he was left alone he would have been alright, but when Chris is left to his own devices he just gets sexually frustrated and lashes out at, manipulates or tries to "get with" literally any female in his grasp. If anything the lifetime of getting trolled was the only thing that stopped him from raping a girl all these years.
His behavioral patterns are always sexually charged, even when he thinks or thought he was in relationships he would try and cheat and compulsively lie to the girls he thought he was dating.
Hell even when he was between troll sagas he was practically engineering his own troll sagas by systematically harassing and being blocked by the entire VOA cast of MLP and every female artist he could find on twitter.

It might. It depends on how much Heilberg is able to get sympathy for Chris based on that. As others have pointed out, an insanity defense is really not viable, but they should make it anyway, to introduce evidence on his mental health so that it can be used later at the sentencing phase as a mitigating factor, to balance out any aggravating factors that are there.

In this case, the five year minimum is a "slap on the wrist."

Heilberg is going to have to keep his client on a short leash because tard tantrums like Chris has are, if anything, going to make the jury dislike him even more.

I don't think it will if any rape charges are added. Those are some serious crimes, and prisons are packed with people who are far more disabled than Chris.

If it's just incest charges, he may get probation with a no-contact order. He would avoid serious prison time, but he wouldn't be able to return to 14BC.
