Off-Topic Random Trans Thoughts, Musings, and Questions - For all your armchair psych and general sperging

While the intellectual foundations of transgenderism are often attributed to Money, Kinsey, and Butler, I suspect the real genesis of the trannies was this cartoon:

Pooners do masculinize quite a bit on HRT so they pass a whole lot easier... but pass as a manlet. Sorry to all my short kings but honestly a lot of people just don't take short men seriously. They're subject to jokes from men and women alike. Considering some pooners transition because they have their own misogynistic problems, not being taken seriously even though they are now a man has got to be rough. Although, quite affirming as a short king isn't it?

Can't count the number of times I've towered over a 5' trans man. They're female socialized, so they generally don't act like men at all. Thin layer of false, performative bravado easily broken by minor pushback or assertiveness. Hilariously, they seem more female socialized than a good chunk of females, probably because a lot of them only interact with eachother in trans spaces.

Height is enough to clock them a lot of the time, then the behavioral aspects if not the physical aspects. I'm sure there are exceptions, but how the hell would they make up for years of formative male experiences? People have an intuition for sussing that out. I've been friends with many a short man who act undeniably male compared to the passing pooner.

Women don't need to perform femininity any more than a tiger needs to touch up its stripes. I'm tired of troons making this false equivalence between things some women do, like wear makeup or hose or sexy clothes, and make that the sine qua non of femininity. Real women can do none of this and they still have no problem being read as women, same as how you wouldn't mistake a tiger for a housecat.
An ugly-ass woman could wear sneakers, jeans, and have a male haircut, and no matter how manjaw she is, there's something unique female about her, even neck-up. Meanwhile the best tranny will NEVER stealth in a normal setting, either by genetics or body language. And if they do completely pass, they'll sit back with sourness in their mouth, knowing people aren't aware and forcing themselves to suck it up to this clown or face societal backlash.

The second I saw pronouns I knew I had to wait 10 seconds to see that one miserable fuck you just know is part of the mugshot lineup, and true enough:

It speaks volumes of their character that every single time an esports person gets to use a flag, the troons rather preach their troonydom or lack of nationality than be like "Hell yeah I'm putting sweden out there for my boys" or whatever.

If there were no pronouns listed, at first glance I would have asked, "Wait, which one is the troon?" They really all look like guys, just one has longer hair.

Pooners act like the worst types of women I've met, who are all inherently feminine in a way I don't even think gay men can mimic in regards to toxic femininity when it comes to their nasty attitude. It is uniquely feminine. Men also have this type of (I guess) "version" of themselves- again something that no lesbian could ever mimic no matter how much toxic masculinity she has.
Also I think its so funny how pooners stick with each other, it's almost like they can't escape men from being men even if they call themselves women. Similar to pooners embody every negative trait women are known for, troons embody every negative trait seen in men.
Have you seen how nasty troons disrespect poons? It's even more insultinf when you see it coming from men who only trooned out due to porn and had a hisotry of preying on poons prior to doing so, it's gross. I don't really feel bad for the poons because they made themselves a target- but shieet. I just dont like seeing bitchass people be applauded.

Its like usually when men act that way, everyone calls them an incel and see them as the losers they are- even major people like Fresh&Fit. But to have people act like these idiots are "minorities" and therefore credible in any way, it's like nah.

There's this weird train of thought that women have that they "have" to be certain things. Taking troons out of the equation for the moment, a lot of women turn to feminism because they feel societal pressure to "be women" by wearing skirts and heels and wearing makeup, not being assertive and all that other horseshit that they claim society wants you to do as a woman, and they claim it's all men's fault. You would think that when you hear these complaints, there was someone holding a gun to their head as they apply mascara.

The truth is, women don't have to do any of that shit. The problem is, you can't have your cake and eat it, too. If what you want is male attention, you have to play the game and embody what most people see is feminine. It doesn't necessarily mean you need to give up your pantsuits for pantyhose, but it does mean if you are going to do less things that identify you as female, you're going to be perceived as less feminine.

I've been mistaken for male more than I'd like to admit because I rarely wear makeup, have short hair, and a figure that doesn't read "feminine" if my clothes aren't form-fitting or without certain feminine flair, like patterns, colors, or flourishes typically only in women's clothes. I have seriously considered facial feminization surgery, oddly enough, because that's more convenient than growing my hair out.

And all of this? Not men's fault. But you can't have it both ways. You can't let go of these so-called trappings at the expense of male attention - which is totally fine if you're not looking for it - or you can stop blaming men for the things you choose to do. As far as I can tell, men don't care about that stuff for the most part; men are like women: just take care of yourself.

Now, putting troons back into the equation for the moment: if there's one thing you can absolutely give them credit for in terms of female thinking, it's the pressure to appear as if you're female. The only problem is, like the men they are, they overcompensate. They need to make sure you absolutely KNOW they're women, no matter how ridiculous and obvious they come off. Just like Beyonce putting out a country album: She might have bought the right boots and hat, but just because you put on the costume, it doesn't make you the thing you say you are.

Yes, men are men and women are women and the sky is blue. I don't mean to be terse but there's nothing profound going on here that needs over explained.

I think what you're picking up on as well is just...the childish aspect of it. (Many are personality disorded which = stunted mental and emotional maturity, so go figure.) That plus their dumb notions of not only what the opposite sex experiences are like but what people expect from an adult of said sex are so wildly inappropriate and just what a child/young teen may think about such when they're still naive about the world. It comes across as more facetious in the men, but it's sort of this sexually dysfunctional game of dress up the way you'd play house and designate someone be the mom and dad and just sort of shit around. This is why "they're so obviously (fe)male" because their childish notions come from a very specific sort of naivete about the opposite sex you only really keep as a kid or a autist turbo virgin.

Then there's those who go against expectations to the point of making themselves specifically ugly, but then they miss the 'empowerment' and 180 back to wanting to get laid and wrap a man around her finger 'in spite of' her ugly looks. Really is no female movement not centered around men in some way.

It absolutely is.

Because the default, to feminism, is to believe that whatever men have and do is superior to what women have. Men seem to agree, as there is no equivalent movement to provide for men things that are traditionally female. Nobody asked if men wanted those things, nor would they like the answer if they did.

is the key to finding healthy friendships just to be open and blunt about everything? open about being transphobic, open about your sexuality, etc, unapologetic and light hearted.
do you think that would proper narc repellent? or would that be too risky? granted, i work retail and theres this girl who openly talked about she doesnt like gay people. not in an offensive or edgy way, two of the coworkers were having a convo and she was saying how she doesnt hate them, she just doesnt think its natural, etc.

I thought that convo was pretty cool actually. I think people should be allowed to have open convos about that, and she never got in trouble, nobody yelled at her, everyone was civil. so i feel like if anyone were to somehow find out where i work and start shit, they would fail. i think the proper response is just like dealing with customers. patience and being calm. let them be the crazy people that they are and look crazy in the processs.

i dunno tho, i am finally gonna be putting myself out there again after while so ive been weighing in on how i wanna go about things, i dont like the though of having to hide who i am anymore, this is getting tiresome. im tired of playing pretend.

Maybe it's time to be your "true and authentic self" ;)

How long does it have to be before a cow's thread is marked as inactive? No milk/activity for x amount of time or a confirmed death? I think Milo got 5150'd and she's not dead. She could also have realized that the trans shit is stupid and wants to distance herself away. It's only been a year since she has had confirmed activity.

I don't think she was committed. For an adult, it would be almost impossible to keep someone locked down for this long, especially as I don't recall her having anything that would qualify as a SPMI. Most likely outcome is she has decided to lay low. There was no dignified path out of the public face she had put out there. Better to just keep your head down and hope to be forgotten.

I currently have access to UpToDate, which many doctors use and is considered quite reliable as far as I know (my own doctor once checked something in it when I had an appointment with her). They still list the affirming approach the preferred approach to "support transgender or gender-diverse (TGD) children and adolescents". I copied here just the part about the mental health intervention, from an article titled "Management of transgender and gender-diverse children and adolescents":
I wrote this on June 4, 2024. I still have access to this database and decided to check on it again. Nothing have changed. And I mean nothing, I haven't managed to spot a single difference, not even a single word. If you see anything, let me know. Below is the text I retrieved a moment ago. I swear I didn't copy-paste my last comment.

TYPES OF INTERVENTIONS
Mental health interventions
Mental health approaches — There are several mental health approaches to support transgender or gender-diverse (TGD) children and adolescents explore their gender identity and find a gender role that is comfortable [10,21]. Treatment options may be influenced by family expectations, cultural differences, opinions of health professionals, insurance coverage, and availability of services.
The specific approach for a given child or adolescent is individualized. The process may or may not involve recommendations for a change in gender expression or body modification; what helps to alleviate gender dysphoria in one person may differ from what helps to alleviate it in another.

Preferred approach – Affirming approaches are preferred; they are recommended by many professional organizations. (See 'Society guideline links' below.)

Affirming – Affirming approaches focus on gender identity/body congruence and actively promote exploration of gender development and self-definition within a safe setting [5,11,22,23].
A fundamental concept of this approach is that gender diversity is not a mental illness. It is inappropriate to pathologize the child or adolescent's behaviors or to assign a diagnosis. With the help of affirming psychotherapy, some individuals can integrate their gender-diverse feelings into their birth-designated gender; others may be able to alleviate their gender dysphoria through changes in gender role and expression [10,24]. (See 'Social transition' below.)
The authors of this topic review support affirming approaches for TGD youth – from medical and mental health professionals, as well as parents/caregivers. The growing medical evidence supports careful listening, thoughtful discussions, and patient-centered approaches to gender exploration.

Approaches that are not recommended – Approaches that are not recommended and potentially harmful include wait-and-see approaches, redirection, and reparative therapy [5].

Wait-and-see – The wait-and-see approach (also called watchful waiting) involves waiting to see if the child's gender identity will change as the child gets older [11]. Caregivers who take this approach may allow different-gender play and clothing within the home or support both masculine and feminine activities as the child explores their interests in other social settings.
The wait-and-see approach assumes that gender is binary and becomes fixed at a certain age; it pathologizes gender diversity and fluidity [5]. It is distinguished from following the child's lead, an affirming approach that allows the child to present in the gender role that feels correct and moves at a pace determined by the child. (See 'General suggestions' below.)

Redirection – Some mental health therapists encourage caregivers to use positive reinforcement to try to "redirect" children toward behavior that is more typical of their birth-designated sex or less gender specific. The goal of redirection is to eliminate gender-diverse desires and expressions over time [25]. This approach is not recommended because negative reinforcement (eg, shaming the child for gender-diverse expression) has substantial negative mental and social health consequences.

Reparative therapy – Reparative therapy (also called conversion therapy) claims to be able to "cure" a transgender identity. It is still practiced in certain religious and conservative communities. This approach was initially used in the 1970s [26,27]. Reparative therapy is considered unhelpful and potentially harmful by most professional organizations, including the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration [5,10,28-34]. In the United States, several states, counties, and cities ban reparative therapy. The Movement Advancement Project provides a map of localities that ban reparative therapy.

What I haven't noticed last time is that Johanna Olson-Kennedy is actually one of the two authors of this article. Yes, the same Johanna Olson-Kennedy who hasn't published her research on the effect of puberty blockers on mental health because the results were not to her liking.

So yeah, she is still writing the recommendations for mental health approaches for "trans youth" and they are still the same. Nothing has been updated, nothing has changed.

I love how troons reflect lifes lessons in a way.
They are obsessed with staying young and being attractive, entirely obsessed with their self image. And as a result, they rot physically and mentally. They age faster than the average person who doesn't turn to stuff like E to "avoid twink death".

All they wouldve had to do is take responsibility and accountability, they could've had everything they dreamed of.
I know people will say "what about HSTSs" but lets face it, they are the small minority. They mean nothing in the community aside for being sex objects for AGPs to fap to. Their struggles with their sexuality means nothing to the average troon because the average troon doesn't struggle with actual self expression, they are obsessed with vanity.
They are like those people who peaked in high school. They will never see the beauty in aging, in getting older. Eve with older troons, notice how they never try to dress their age. I think Ive seen one or two that did and in both cases their spouse died so it was clear they were skinwalking them.

Aging is beautiful, its cool to grow as a person. The people who never do make the world a horrible place to live in.

I've pointed this out in other places before but "twink death" is really just "faces of meth" or some other kind of substance abuse usually. Scrawny or short guys aren't gonna look like horrible nightmare creatures after they hid mid 20s unless they REALLY fuck themselves up. Shooting up estrogen for 'smoother skin" will 100%fuck you up long term because hormones are how your body regulates shit and if you keep artificially boosting something like that instead of like just showering as most people do you're gonna end up rough looking.
They're basically causing the very thing they're trying to avoid, which I find very funny in a way.
