I remember reading an article in The Independent (a UK shitlib rag) a few years ago about a woman who went by "per/perself" pronouns. The Independent, of course, committed to the bit and used said pronouns throughout the article when referring to her. I can't find a link to the article (nor can I remember who the article was about), but it was so strange at the time seeing a mainstream and once respectable newspaper indulging in this circa 2005 Tumblr-tier nonsense.but what's really telling is that outside of specific uber-woke circles they never catch on
I remember even the commenters (who are normally the most TDS-riddled uber-lefty types the UK has to offer) were calling it ridiculous and, to my knowledge, the Independent never ran a story like that again. It genuinely does seem that nobody likes neopronouns outside of the very mongoloids who demand they be referred to by them.
