People hate furries because they're weird and always jam their sexuality and animal fetish into shit. And the babadook thing is stupid. Who likes being associated with a creature who kidnaps children? How does that improve the image of a community that gets called child molesters by homophobes?
They always think they're helping and supporting gays but they're only making them look like freaks.

Two blogs
One is a pretty good one, called straightwhiteboystexting.
Some of the texts are decently funny, one or two got a laugh outta drunk me when I first read the blog. If you can stand the SJW feminist talk of the mods, then go right ahead and read it.
But of course, this blog inspired a few spinoffs because nothing on Tumblr is original.
This one is called cispeopletexting and it may be one of the most uneeded blogs I've seen in a while. The mod is a pretentious twat and most of the content on the blog is just transtrenders getting pissy that people won't recognize their snarlgender or posts that are just entirely and obviously faked. The other bit seems to be genuine trans people.(debatably, though. They could be trending "gays for the yaoi", I'm not sure.)

tumblr always seems to jump from bullying one popular content creator to another and right now they seem to have found a new target: Adam Ellis /Adam Tots, a comic artist working for buzzfeed. I really don't know that it is about his comics that makes people so incredibly passionate about shitting on him, accusim him of al the -isms or totally sperg out trying to defend him from the haters as I find his comics harmless, sometimes decent, usually cringe worthy (i mean it's buzzfeed...), but harmless.

I think it's pretty obvious most of them are copy pasted, but it's pretty exceptional and self important to think you're "calling someone out" and making such a fuzz about something literally everyone with two functioning eyes is able to tell

Well he's also an asshole in regards to criticism and thinks he's THE professional artist because he works at Buzzfeed. Idk about the -isms but to me he's a lazy piece of shit. I get taking shortcuts but the guy's unfunny, and comes off as a dick regardless.
And don't most people shit on artists who are too lazy to art anyway like Dobson and to an extent Glip? I think even if your art has a very noticeable style but you do nothing to change it up every so often (some of his strips have CAD tier same face) then to me you're mediocre no matter who you work for. I mean, just put in effort..

I'm probably just being optimistic here but his snarky replies sound to me like the reactions of someone who doesn't take the internet too seriously, though I'd agree that it's rude to talk to his well meaning fans this way (and just bad business), and he seems like a huge self absorbed tool, just from what I've seen on his tumblr.
just found it odd why there are more and more "call out posts" or just regular rants on him creeping up on my dash about this guy in particular, because as you said, he's in no means one of a kind, there's a shit ton of copy-pasting, self important and rude af online artists. what's so special about this dude that he inspires so much rage and offence?

He sealed his fate the moment he started drawing anything RuPaul related. Tumblr has decided that RuPaul, RuPaul's Drag Race, and drag queens are all evil, transphobic, racist, sexist, etc.
...never mind all the poc queens, transgender queens, etc. And what's a drag king again? Or a bio queen? I don't understand this large, longstanding aspect of the LGBT culture I'm claiming to be a part of. Respect my totally real sexuality/gender, etc.!!!

Oh no i totally got you. I think it's the fact that he's a supposed "professional" (despite working for Buzzfeed lmao) and his comics are the epitome of lazy. I dont' wanna hyper sperg about art but that summer expectation comic is really lazy in itself. It's literally the same set up despite the art getting better i will admit. It would have been a little funnier if he changed up the scenario instead of literally copy/paste beach and then vidya on the couch with a fan. It makes him look extremely lazy and feels like he puts in no effort to be funny or even professional. Recycling jokes is ok if you don't copy the same shit like that (sorry if i sound repetitive. Describing things like this is hard for me to do eloquently).
Yeah this shit isn't even funny. What would make this better is if the cats were different Rhianna get ups and the puns weren't fucking terrible. They feel like he sat there and thought for hours and jotted down the first thing that came to his mind. That and the cat doesn't fucking change it's expression so it's p creepy, whoops.

Other than the same face, the biggest reason why this shit isn't funny is that one little text bubble in the first panel. The delivery would have been eons better if he didn't mention it was donut day. Just leave it as is and then the lead up to the loss style last panel would legit be chuckle worthy. Adam strikes me as a person who thinks his audience is two steps from re.tarded so he HAS to explain the joke and subsequently ruins it at the same time making this one of the few unfunny loss edits. He's not good at jokes and at best his art is ok. He's just got a high horse because he works for Memefeed.
