What if your half-black/half-white? Do you count in this? Are you half racist if you say the n-word? Should you be shamed because your white?
Hahaha, that's a funny one.

Black people only see half and halves as black when it's convenient. If you're like Obama's skin tone they can't tell you're half white by looking at you unlike Rashida Jones, the darker you are the more accepted you are as a black person to them. However if like recording of Obama criticizing black people were leaked they would instantly turn on him. Say some shit about race mixing, how white women aren't able to raise black men, light skin privileges, and some will resort to school yard insults by calling him white.

Half and halves do have nigga privileges, only oversensitive woke black people will bitch about it though. Woke black girls and hoteps are on a whole different level.

Black people are some of the most racist people I have encountered. I've never seen a white person get racist in public but I have seen more than enough black people get racist towards cashiers at chinese food places and papis at bodegas.

Okay I've seen "Black people can't be racist because we aren't the dominate one in the west's racial hierarchy" but "Black people wouldn't benefit from a racial hierarchy system at all anywhere" is a new one and clearly posted by someone who knows nothing about African history.

I'm so glad this one got posted here. Someone reblogged that on my dash and after reading it I was like "bitch what?"
It was so bs. But definitely the argument Tumblr loves to give.

Goddamn, they just can't let toothless have some strange. Hiccup got some strange since movie 1, it's only fair.

Also, why isn't the girl night fury black?
They're supposed to blend in with the night sky, hence the name night fury.

It could be albino.

Don't even get me fucking started, so many black people are racist but use "MUH REPARATIONS" and "FUCK WHITEY" to cover it up. It's honestly awful. I don't think they even understand that by saying these things they're convincing another generation of people to believe that they CAN'T get better because "Whitey" will always outdo them which is simple NOT true. It's no different then when Black people complain about white people coddling their children and then they become spoiled brats. It's just the opposite effect.

I've actually had to call out my own mother for saying racist shit to and Indian driver for cutting her off. When I told her it wouldn't be the same if it was a white guy doing the same thing, it shut her up since then.

I really need to find some more #woke stuff. It seriously gets crazy. Especially with Hoteps.

I know someone who is white and grew up in section 8 that mostly had black neighbors. According to the stories I heard, they were racist as fuck. Then again, I'm guessing most Tumblr users didn't grow up in neighborhoods like that. Hell, I know one story about a white guy who was beaten up for being white in that same neighborhood.
Just because they claim it doesn't happen doesn't mean it's not true.

I love the Terf/truscum/mogai don't interact posts. They're so fucking funny. What's preventing someone from trying to interact with a post? Are the police going to prosecute them? Are you going to tell their mom and dad? Unless you block them all these posts do is bait them. This like a gradeschool kid being told he can't talk to someone because he isn't in their club...only with adults.

Queer youth just do not know how good they have it these days. Crying about how oppressed they are, how they're so violated. There's people who've lived with HIV for longer than many of these idiots have even been alive.

Same-sex marriage is currently legal in 25 countries, with more soon on the way, and still more countries at the very least recognizing those unions. 18 countries in some way recognize and protect transgender people's rights. 12 countries in some way recognize a "third" or "non-binary" gender. All of this in less than 20 years. Back in the 80's people were still just trying to be recognized and respected as gay at all, no one was even really thinking of marriage rights.

Over 20 years ago Ellen DeGeneres was groundbreaking just for coming out, both personally and as a sitcom character. And now you can't throw a cop-hating brick into the crowd scene of most shows without hitting 3 lesbians and a bisexual. Not to mention that currently one of the most popular reality TV programs is about drag queens - which in its own progression now accepts out trans women - and anyone from your straight-as-a-2x4 husband to your grandma in hospice is watching and yaaas'ing it.

It's 2018 and Pride Month kind of is every month. Being queer has never been so widely accepted and celebrated as it is right now. Except queer people don't seem to be celebrating these things, they still find the tiniest things to complain about. All this "no cops at pride" talk because of Stonewall, because Pride wouldn't exist without that incident - and yet they don't stop to think about all the strides that have been made since?

But yeah okay I guess, go off on how violated you are when someone called you "Miss" because they somehow didn't know you're a demifluid-astroboy who goes by yi/yim/yir except on weekends or when it's raining. Go off on how parents shouldn't stop their children from taking drugs or getting surgeries that affect kids for the rest of their lives, especially if post-puberty they might change their minds about wanting their tits or dicks gone. Go off on how discriminatory a piece of media is because it doesn't include at least one of every romantic AND sexual AND gender identity food group. Go off on gatekeeping your own in a community that for decades, and even now, has to fight to even talk about these kinds of things without facing legal/occupational/physical repercussion.

Oh god yes. Back in my day I grew up in the time when Matthew Shepard was murdered for being gay. That was in the 90's. They really don't know how good they have it these days. Things have definitely changed since then but they still whine about it. Even more ridiculous- they're assholes to older gay people. The same people who helped give the gay youths the freedom they have because they actually would go out and fight for their rights.
It's always annoyed me how they act disrespectful to older gay people and call them names when they should be thanking them.

I think I’ve just figured out what “she/Her gay men” and “he/him lesbians” are supposed to even be
Stay with me now :feels::optimistic:
I’m going to use a “she/her gay man” for the example here so I don’t need to go back and forth with two examples
So let’s say you are one of these tumblr girls
Ok here you are
A normal straight girl
But everyone is telling you that’s wrong
But you don’t want to be a trans man because you don’t want to be referred to as male you don’t like that who would want to be a man right???
So you decide “ok I’ll be non-binary.”
And you decide to use your original female pronouns because for you this is just a badge for pity points and not actually your identity
But oh shit, you’re still straight
You’re still attracted to boys.
So you dance around that by saying, because you identify as non binary, and just use she/her pronouns out of coincidence, that you aren’t straight at all.
You decide that “ gay man” means attracted to men while not being a woman
(Rather than, you know, what it actually means)
So that makes you a “she/her gay man”
(Reverse this logic for men and normal gay girls who go non-binary to get he/him lesbians)
I think this may also apply to pseudo soft trans bois who don’t want to be an icky straight but are attracted to girls and vice versa

Don't worry I know what it means but thanks for the explanation for others. These girls just need to admit they like dick and leave.

Actually I'm pretty sure the he/him lesbians and she/her gay men are them not understanding Drag Queens and Drag Kings using the opposite gender pronouns while in character for the shows and then just applying that to some weird subset that uses the pronouns all the time because they think pronouns are important when they really aren't to anyone outside of this mindset that tumblr got into.

Some fun ranting in the Stephen Fry tag that I follow.

LOL, k.

Wait...what?

When you control what people can or can not say, people are going to be skeptical. For example, I understand why people shouldn't say the n-word. There's obviously a history behind it and it sadly continues to have one. However, basic words in our language such as "stupid" should not be censored just because someone had a bad experience with them. For example, if one person had a bad experience with being called stupid, does that suddenly mean the word should be banned? No. It's way too common in our language and there's no way to mandate it.

It reminds of when colleges (like mine) decided to a campaign to stop using words like stupid because it hurts people's feelings. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience, but that doesn't give you leeway to control everyone else's speech. Anyone who isn't taking you seriously on these issues are probably not the people you want to try to appeal to anyways.

This is pretty much the argument he's been giving. Tumblr doesn't approve. And instead of listening about the "weak argument" that was made, they used it to lecture and make themselves look good. Typical Tumblr.

I decided to go into the black tumblr tag. It's really what you expect, but I'm glad I found some sensible ideas...until this one:
WTF..JPG

This is some conspiracy shit right here. But anything goes with Hoteps.
