I think an overblown ego is one of the defining traits of a lolcow. Nobody would care very much about this dumbass, or OPL, or Dobson, or any of the other people we laugh at, if they had a shred of humility. I've seen criticism for perpetuating racist stereotypes such as only putting moustaches and large amounts of body hair on Latino and Hispanic characters. It wouldn't be the first time Rory has done so, intentionally or not.Yeah, from speculation I'm pretty sure it was once used in caricatures of "The Black Man" to imply he was too poor to take care of his teeth, which left them all crooked. Rory might be giving people tooth gaps because uwu everyone is different uwu which happens all the time. When it comes to portraying different races on Tumblr, I've noticed that artists and others tend to see overexaggerated or stereotypical physical features as "coding"; in other words, a way of really showing that the character in question cannot be construed as white in any way. It's why "racebent" characters get drawn really stereotypically and nonhuman characters in cartoons and whatnot get called "black coded" just for having big lips. At least, that's what I've seen while on the website. It may be relevant to why Rory draws nonwhite characters in the caricature-like ways she does.
