Their apology is really pushing the blame back onto trans men for getting offended rather than making the content in the first place. They say the artwork is empowering while at the same time captioning the artwork with "I love sexualizing men." They are still drawing highly sexualized black and trans men, and that's just what we can see on Twitter and Instagram (no one here has access to the NSFW account). They also talk shit about those tumblr users on Twitter.

Maybe they "apologized" but they're not sorry nor have they stopped pretending their fetish work isn't fetish work.

In trying to get into the animation industry, Rory's fetishes aren't going to affect their hireability as much as their attitude and work ethic, which are both really shitty. Art schools can handle all kinds of students (especially if they pay their tuition in a timely manner), but proper animation studios prefer to hire people who can actually contribute something positive to the workplace, which doesn't describe Rory.

This has been knocking around in my brain for a while. She should know this by now, but you really do need to learn the basics before you stylize anything, or it will all look flat, ugly, and just plain off.
I'll use someone I'm a fan of, an artist on the Rick and Morty comics.

They, despite being obviously talented, don't just stick with a simple style and never practice, try to improve, or work with anatomy studies - and gesture drawings aren't the same thing, Rory.

Honestly the funniest thing for me was the person doing the sporking trying to be polite about "feminine trans men". Like she's talking about how we know some trans men are feminine, or they like their glorious fucking honkers, or their manginas, or they have high voices or wear dresses or don't want surgery or whatever. I get the feeling that she's so close to saying "Wait, why would is Captain America a man in this? This is clearly him as a porn actress woman", but she can't say that because it would obviously be transphobic.

Rory hasn't drawn anything Marvel at all since the Tumblr cazllouts.
As for those two, they're from this Bravest Warriors cartoon that seems to have supplanted Marvel as Rory's current obsession.

I was about to ask the same question - who is she drawing again? Lo and behold, she's ""stylized"" them to such an extreme degree that they're unrecognizable. How she got fat, big lipped, and stocky from a character who is the same height as the white dude is beyond me. The only thing that should have changed is the torso frame shape...

It's been a long time since I've watched BW, but I think that comes from the red one being fat when he was a kid.
