* schedule an appointment and go to a doctor. if you want to boast about how "healthy" you are, don't waddle your gargantuan ass to an ER, go to a doctor, talk about your pain as much as you've talked to us about it

* (says she doesn't lie) (her pain totally isn't that bad guys) (she's also not taking the comments seriously) (makes a whole video surrounding her comments) (has made videos before about her lies and fessing up to them)

* we don't think we know you, we just watch the content and speculate on the information you provide, regardless of how inconsistent it is

*about the medicine thing, do you think AL would weigh something different if she actually took her medicine for her anxiety? do you think that may have helped her avoid where she's at?

* what sacrifices has AL made? that is some resentment in her tone as she says "I'm here for Becky". Wow AL you put up with so much, you're so selfless going out to eat twice a day instead of thrice. No pain no game, right?

Honestly it scares me that she wasnt nore concerned about the bladder infection... like, okay, let's pretend the kidneys are fine. An infection like that in someone her size is still beyond dangerous. I've only been following her for a couple months, so maybe the pity hasnt worn off yet, but it really feels like she doesnt get how bad her situation is. The comment about her double chins is especially telling

I’m sure there is much more to the story than she shows us like her high blood pressure, pre diabetes, sleep apnea, lymphedema, but none of it is life threatening ‘now’, so she will continue as is. I’m waiting for a big unfortunate event to happen in which she has to choose to keep eating or death.
