/r/atheism is such a depressing place. I've just been reading their article arguing that Jesus didn't exist (
https://old.reddit.com/r/atheism/wiki/historicaljesus), which no serious scholar believes. And it's all such sophist nonsense - like trannies, they have intelligence without the wisdom to go with it. There's no mention of Occam's Razor, i.e. the odds are that St. Paul didn't just invent Jesus, or the fact that there's continuity with the early Church and the modern Church. It's all pseudo-intellectual.
It's been a while, but IIRC they didn't really want the "probably", but thought they had to put it in to appease the Advertising Standards Agency.
