Reddit's mod tools are nowhere near this powerful or useful. It lacks even simple stuff that most forums have for their jannies. There were 3rd party tools that would give you a nice quick view just to look at what communities people posted in the most and a lot of other basic features, but reddit's API changes killed most of those last I checked. They can't tell who did or didn't upvote anything.Remember, the sub mods are the only ones who can see the details of posters and voters
If you remember the attempted janny revolt over the API changes/3rd party apps awhile back, it was partially motivated by the fact that 3rd party apps like Apollo, reddit is fun, and whatever the iPhone one was called provided a lot of functionality for modding that reddit didn't (and still doesn't provide).
