How can you expect me to find someone who will make a good moderator out of the million visitors to my sub? You think one person in that million will have the same dedication and drive that I need them to as I somehow moderate 10 subreddits?

Fuck these people are crazy and need to touch grass.

They device fingerprint you pretty hard and it's not that easy to get around it
I've recently tried to ban evade and the new account I've made got banned almost immediately while the old account got a 7 day suspension. I don't know if I just didn't clear my cookies or whatever but it looks like they have some mitigations now. I guess I'll try to go poke and prod around that once I'm bored enough.

Not much of a silver lining. Even if white guilt dies off, the third-world masses will still be here. Some damage is irreversible.
r/UnitedKingdom has a number of Pakis in it now trying to talk about how Sharia law is actually not a big deal, and how the Brits need to just let the Islamic Community of Britain do what they want without Government interference or involvement.

The thing is that if you try too hard to evade your account gets flagged too. I've tried making new accounts using Brave, VPNs, anti-fingerprinting etc and faced the same issues as you, but a simple switch of my web browser without such countermeasures and creating an account worked for me,

I have to wonder if they're actually getting kickbacks from the companies or products whose subreddits they mod or some other kind of out of band financial incentive.
They would get the same kickbacks game journos do. Mostly merchandise they will put on Ebay to make money off of and the occasional high value item like a laptop with some rich indie dev's game installed on it.

The only thing any power janny has going for them in the entire world is the dopamine hit they get from grooming minors. Some of these "people" have absolute control over what tens of millions of very young, often underaged people see. To a reddit trannisary, shrinking their pool of potential victims is like depriving an actual human being of food or water.

Better start buying rope now. Demand is about to skyrocket.

I take it that they only watch seasonals then because surprise we have had both since the dawn of time and guess what its not going anywhere anytime soon at all ever as long as Japan doesn't bend the knee at all to puritans.

Historically, reddit mods have treated this as a form of blood libel, in which even suggesting that powermods exist is disinformation/malinformation/lying/right wing provocateuring often in response to a graph like this or claims like "5 mods control 80% of the top 200 subreddits".

There was a subreddit called the_cabal that had a lot of proof of things like this where it was clear that Reddit was run by a small group of jannies; by now it's banned for hate speech, I think, probably by the same jannies. I don't think the changes to moderation will affect anything, and it'd be better if Reddit as a whole was declared a failed experiment and shut down.

Preditors are mentally ill drama chasers imagine my shock. Daily reminder that as soon as predit closes down for good the better off we will all be when all of social media dies period.

I could see things changing in minor ways for reddit's basic usability, but I wouldn't put money on any specifics.
From reddit's perspective, I think the change is pretty blatantly to stop a few dozen powermods from being able to blackout half the site and do other gay things whenever they get mad about some shit the users don't care about. It'll be much more difficult to organize any dumb protests if they need to get hundreds of important mods on board vs a few dozen. Perhaps we'll see less subs perpetually stuck in Pride Month mode, but that might be me being optimistic.

A group of people known for using sock puppets to moderate subs won't be harmed by this at all. They will just make more sock puppets and claim they're different people to the admins like they do the normal users.

There's going to be so much infighting between the cabal of tranny jannies about who can stay on as mods for the largest subreddits. I hope all their DMs get leaked.

OK, yes, I know. Another one of these "will this hurt my chances" threads but please humor me. I don't really have anybody else in real life I can talk to about this and it's really embarrassing.

From the ages of about 18 - 21 I did some things I'm not proud of. It wasn't drugs or anything like that and I havent had a speeding ticket in years. I use to hook with big girls on the regular. And when I say "big" I don't mean "curvy" I mean big like at least 210lbs+. BIG! To give you perspective, I am 6'3" 195lbs and they easily outweighed me. You might be asking why and the thing is, I'm not really sure. Honestly, it sort of became a challenge to me and I kept seeing just how large I could go. Maybe it was OCD? IDK.

Anyway, at some point I sort of outgrew that (no pun intended) and my focus and attention shifted elsewhere but for a couple of years there I was firing on a cylinders and had an impressive track record. I know cops are notorious for giving "the new guy" and a hard time and if this ever got out I don't know how I'd explain myself. After all, don't we all experiment a little when we're younger?

Do you think this will prevent me from having a successful LE career? Can I go into the Feds?

Lol. There are still funny people on Reddit.
