Made a surprising discovery, on Apple Music you can actually find some Resident Evil soundtracks, namely the original 2 and 3, along with a slew of other Capcom games like Devil May Cry.

Unfortunately I noticed some tracks are missing from the RE2 soundtrack and there's some odd omissions like no REmake or RE0, but considering there used to be no classic Capcom soundtracks on there at all and you can't find them on KHinsider either, this is pretty cool, maybe more will be added?
Missing ones are possibly due to some plagiarism I think I read about in earlier games.

The tracks I noticed missing are "Nothing More To Do Here" and "The Wreckage of The Mad Experiment" which sucks because they're two of my favorite tracks.

No clue whether that's due to plagiarism or if they simply weren't included on the original releases either since both tracks play during optional moments.

"The Wreckage of The Mad Experiment" was later used as "Wesker's theme" in Umbrella Chronicles, so I don't know if it's because of plagiarism issues or if the allegations came after Umbrella Chronicles.

in the original RE3, Jill (in the game) was implied got stuck in the middle of zombie apocalypse. also in the other supporting materials, she was out shopping when the zombie apocalypse happened. she holed up in her apartment around Sept 24-25 and waited few days for the peak to drop before escaping got stuck in the warehouse around upto 28.

In the remake, she literally wakes up on 28, like in the middle of the apocalypse. there are like already barricades and stuff, people running away, building exploding . Like the apocalypse is just starting . and if you consider the REmake 2 as well, it shouldn't happen at all, since you can find notes in the police station that they are fighting the zombies earlier than 28 and losing people.

Jill is like literally retarded and deaf that she doesnt notice the sirens and mayhem outside or like literally woke up from a coma and woke up exactly on 28, and like the zombies are waiting for her to wake up to start the havoc, when the zombie apocalypse started on 24.

Also, how would Brad have that pizza delivered since there is already an ongoing zombie apocalypse since 24?

You're not wrong, but this is kind of a case of overthinking it.

But since her default outfit is no longer a mini skirt and a tube top, you can say she wasn't as caught in the middle of things and instead was holed up in her apartment, hoping things would get under control, I think the implication is she was too traumatized by her experience in the Spencer mansion to face her fears again until they literally kicked down her door.

It's definitely a shame REmake 3 isn't better though, I don't think it's a bad game, but it could have been way better with more to it, but it's possible Covid fucked it, I think RE8 clearly has some cut corners for the same reason.

I got some Resident Evil novels and in the Nemesis novel Jill did her best to keep people safe when the Zombie hordes went out of control. She barricaded over 100 people in a school only to discover later that the school was overrun by Zombies. She then went back to her apartment and was again attacked by Zombies and she tried to flee out of the city. The Remake for 3 wasn't the best and even skipped parts of the original.

If that was the S.D. Perry novels... You have to take some of that with a grain of salt. She took liberties with the story and had to apologize for her interpretation of RE2 in the foreword of RE3. Great little reads, but hardly the cornerstone of lore for the story as a whole. Although, I would have liked to have seen Caliban Cove as a game....

Jill's apartment is full of empty bottles and pill containers. She was completely off her tits.

She slept through the apocalypse?:o

The more you think about 3make, the worse it gets.

considering that Jill lost a lot of IQ and basically forgot everything about the city she lives in and has to be given directions to go somewhere, yeah.... she's completely off her tits

I didn't even hate "Welcome to Raccoon City." Yeah, it would have benefited from focusing solely on the Spencer Mansion (and Wesker being closer to the double-crosser he was in the first game...), but I thought it was at least a bit more enjoyable than most of the Alice-is-a-Jedi-and-everyone-else-is-fucking-useless series. A lot of the little references/easter eggs were pretty ham-fisted, but at least it seemed like they were TRYING to incorporate some of the shit from the games. I wouldn't necessarily mind if they made another one, but instead of trying to mash together 2 or more games into the same movie, just focus on one. Code Veronica could make for a good 110 minute romp if done right while cutting out some needless backtracking.

The budget was definitely a lot more shoe string then any of the Alice movies, but they did a pretty dam good job with what they had. With a little bit more money I can see them doing some pretty fun shit.

I do want to see them mash more shit up more though. I want to see how weird a mix of code veronica and 4 would be.

And the more moral and human wesker was oddly more interesting to me.
