REmake 2 is a solid game that can stand on it's own and fumbeled a bit when it comes of enemy variation and the B cenario.
Because it had Free DLC in the form of ghost survivors it can at least offer something new, but it can never fully replace the original(a bit nostalgic i know, but it works better in the lore department and world building)
RE3 is only fun to speed run, If i got an hour or two to spare i just blast trough it, but nothing in it works as wel as the original and you just feel that it relies a lot of assets from RE2 to make it work. That's why it is lacking the park and the dead factory if you ask me.

I’m glad so many people are shitting on the show though. What a fucking insult to longtime resident evil fans. There’s not a single thing in here that screams “resident evil.” Only things that are there are the names “Wesker” and “Raccoon City”, but neither of those feel like the source material.

It's a browser add-on. "Return Youtube Dislike" or something like that.

I read some shit of the director of the Netflix series essentially saying its set after the games (with them as backstory) and that Wesker is race changed because - the director said - he died in a volcano. Which, yeah, that happened but...uh...
I'm gonna watch it begrudgingly but I don't expect to enjoy it. I actually liked the recent movie, caught the atmosphere of the remakes very well and despite the characters being largely out of character, I liked Chris a lot and Leon was pretty to look at so I can't complain there.
I really need to replay the original games, went through a phase a few years back of playing through them all but after 8 I haven't played any of them. I see 7/8 as totally different games, great games, but very different. I just want a Code Veronica remake.

Does this bitch not know of how Wesker's dead in the first place? Specially when taking two RPG rounds to the face, getting decapitated, and then getting blown up in said lava?

Even if it's some cloning bullshit, explain how that voids out rocket launcher warranty?
 
In defense of 3 remake, at first I disliked how linear it was compared to 2 remake, but the original 3 is not dissimilar, you're shuffled through a series of smaller maps in the original 3 that after certain points you can't go back to, compared to every other game in the series up to Zero, it's very different not having most of the game be one big interconnected map, only Code Veronica is similar although you revisit areas more often than you do in 3.

The trouble with 3 remake isn't being more linear, it's cutting out so many areas from the original.

3make really Does like it condenses the entire first section of the game into a single city block, nothing is spaced like the original is.

Also the secret lab's garage deing locked behind a single door with a padlock is Jaring as fuck.

No no no, see. The Wesker that died in the volcano? That was the clone. The real Wesker wouldn't just randomly take on a new virus without trying it out on someone else first.
 
The rockets malfunctionned and he managed to get out of the volcano, the lava just revealed that he was a black man in a white man suit all this time, you bigots !
