Well I think it's unofficial that all the heroes had some level of T Virus immunity.
They sound kinda the same ngl, it sounds like a Nord who's less serious. The thing to note though is Osmund is kinda a dad joker in the og so his less serious tone matches him better. The new one where he sounds like a megachurch televangelist wouldn't fit the og actor's performance. DC Douglass and Matt Mercer being replaced though is kinda meh. Ada's VA especially was bad, only real actor improvements imho were Ashley (mostly because she's less annoying tbf), and Krauser. Only thing RE4 Remake really has over the og is a more satisfying early game thanks to the brutes and a better pc port.
clearly something is of the sort, since she bathed in infected blood with no effect, maybe she was the first injected with Elpis, or some other testing, I don't buy the whole "she's just a regular girl" bit, Spencer was a lying snake always trying to get over on people.
I completely forgot about the blood pool dip she takes. She even said it got in her mouth. It was nothing but T-Virus zombie soup.
Well, Alyssa was distracted in the Hotel flashback because of Grace's panic attack, allowing the zombie to sneak up and kill her
og saddler acting also has the beaner-ish accent, which is a huge difference between the regular nord voice and balgruuf.
Don't forget the giant globe of juice that makes you instantly explode into a blister head during the self destruct sequence.
Prior to the game coming out I assumed that when Victor said she was the key to unlocking Elpis that it meant something in her blood would contribute to the game. Like maybe she's the anti-virus or something, I was kinda shocked he literally meant she knew the password lol.
Kinda makes him collecting her blood at the beginning pointless. Do clones carry the memories of their originator?
That was the point of the modified T-virus in the game, it allowed memory retention and injection, they were trying to put Spencers memories in them with it
Yeah, I think the gameplay is the only thing good in the RE4 Remake.

It's no secret that Remakes exist as a new continuity and 7/8/9 follow it as well. Since we don't have CV and 5 remakes yet, I assumed that Zeno was Old Wesker who retroactively survived 5 based on changes made to would be remake. That didn't seem the case though. Turns out Requiem production was as troubled as rumors say and Zeno is probably just a cynical reuse of Wesker's model and new VA to make a literal char clone for reaction value. Or maybe new continuity shenanigans are at play here and Wesker Plan has been retconned to have more than Alex and Albert. Or perhaps Zeno is Connection's effort to salvage anything Umbrella, including Wesker Plan. That would explain Gideon's "immitation" quote.
Remake 1 has an option to turn off tank controls. It completely breaks the game but it's how you always see it played now.
