It's important that we stay on the defensive and don't retaliate in kind. It's literally one of the rules to not organize attacks and such. Just ride it out and wait for the Legal system to work its way through the case. That'll have far more satisfying results in the end.

That being said, we could start putting together comprehensive reports on everyone responsible for the attacks that cover and reciept everything we know about them in a single place that can be linked to or shared.

Based on peripheral information alone it's an extraordinarily complex case. Kermit has basically "girl-talked" every single company involved in the network stack needed to access Kiwifarms, and several that weren't involved but in a position to hijack it. This legal case is big enough that it will become a part of internet history that anyone in the industry will hear about, if fully prosecuted. The big mistake LFJ made doing this was turning Null into a martyr. Putting the Kiwifarms in danger just brings the community closer and Null has even started gaining a sizable following through his streams. That's the advantage you get when you have charisma and are an honest person.

Is Honeycomb's investors even aware that their money is being used to fund a harassment campaign that has no return of value? What would happen if josh were to contact them with the concern that their money is being wasted, and provide them with receipts of what has been going on? If Kermit is clearly using massive amounts of his own money, which he earns with a totally-legit position at Honeycomb, which is heavily reliant on venture capitalists to stay solvent... If you go to those venture capitalists with legitimate concerns and ask them to verify how their money is being spent and they find that it is being wasted on personal projects, that may cause the funding to dry up. I think that's something @Null should look into, just send them a formal letter of concern about how their money is being used, and provide as much evidence as possible to back up the concerns and estimate how much money was wasted. Plus, funding a company involved with harassment campaigns is generally a no-no to most investors that don't want to Bed Lite themselves.
