Just quietly sign up and say nothing.
Force the troons to track them down, then wait for the complaint to be actioned.
Then move to the next.
If they're under US law and "seize" the domain, it basically becomes parking at their expense, and you can engage a lawyer to demand it back later.

Retarded idea, any of these registars can seize the domain and force you to sue them. If they are based outside US in some shithole like Malaysia, good fucking luck with the lawsuit.
Verisign/ICANN won't hand over shit without a court order.

Do you have the money and time for that?

Alright, I asked around.

There are some potential leads in mainland China that fit the criteria, but I am unaware of their requirements.

As a general rule, the server must be audited by a state agency, though there may be exemptions granted to foreign servers.

A valid identity is needed, I'm unsure if the person must be a Chinese citizen or reside in China. I'll see if I can get a clear answer on this.
