Yeah, I'm interested too, but only if it's 100% anonymous and untraceable.
I know there's already a thread about "Supporting KF", but is there more specifics on how to do this without self-doxing?
Via Monero. Purchase stable crypto with cheap transactions (like LTC) on any exchange or even better from someone you know, exchange it for Monero[XMR] (trocador.app is a solid privacy friendly crypto exchange service), then donate Monero since Monero transactions are untraceable.

@Null Remember to dress up appropriately for court. Make it appear that if you lose, it's a loss for American Democracy.
Drinking hot sauce will also help.

I'm waiting for more details if you decide to pursue litigation, then as I said, I will very much support this. Even with cryptoniggercoin

It's very frustrating to see how many people are like "yeah we're ride or die niggas but only if this shit can't be traced back to me like i'm buying children on wayfair naw sayin".

And then the kicker, "no I won't buy crypto wtf that's for criminals but yeah i'm willing to use my credit card it just has to be totally government proof".
What about those of us that are too retarded to figure out how crypto works

i thought you specifically needed checks or money orders? If i can send monero and have it be useful i'd rather do that and save myself a trip.

I mean if you want total anonymity, like you're trying to traffic state secrets, you're going to need to use crypto and you need to know you cannot earmark crypto for any purpose.
If you want to contribute specifically to the escrow and are comfortable showing your face in a post office (with government cameras, i.e. not "total anonymity"), you can do that in a way which is very private.

There's nothing criminal about donating to a legal fund, payment processors are the most secure things on the planet specifically designed for banking, and I personally can't really relate to living in fear constantly.

He followed an "artist" on Flickr who makes renders of young women. This "artist" appeared to be some creep in Hong Kong who follows Chinese language groups that focuses on lewd high school attire.
Those CGI renders of "young women" in schoolgirl outfits that Vito was checking out also looked a Hell of a lot like adolescent middle school girls:

Vito has admitted on the Biggest Pedophiles in the Universe podcast that he talks to High School girls who are about to enter college. The clip is in his thread.

These are the kinds of people who benefit from the lie that Kiwi Farms hosts child porn.

If we don't want other hosts to try and point at shit like what Epik said and use that as an excuse then we'll need to fight. I think this is worth chipping in for.
I think Jersh has waited for a while for a smoking gun to take one of the actively censoring companies into court.
The issues until now where rather nebolous and with not much settled law.
This however is very blatant defamation, and a reasonable judge would probably not just throw it out.
In discovery, we could learn a lot of fun things after.
Fun things other providers would not like to get public either.
Best case it would have a chilling effect on others pulling this bullshit.

Epik may bleed to death from losing domains before we can even dream of seeing this in court.

while money is good and desirable, it's basically a cherry on top of the legal precedent that is the cake?
An out-of-court settlement, a public apology and a precedent against defaming the Farms is worth gambling some cash for me. Chances are they'll be too broke to litigate, will settle early on and Null will still have a full war-chest for the next TRW battle. This is ideal, even better than the trial happening.
It doesn't look compromised at all to me.
Have they announced being hacked anywhere else? Why would someone hack an account to engage in insane trash-talk with Josh and literally nothing else? Imagine being dumb enough to believe thin is a compromised account.

Crypto is really, really easy to use once you actually own some. The hardest part is jumping through the fucking hoops corporate exchanges have placed before new customers (KYC, deposit limits, waiting periods, fees and a whole bunch of other unholy bullshit). If you know someone who owns crypto, set up a local wallet and buy some from them. localmonero.co has a lot of people selling XMR in exchange for wire transfer, gift cards and other atypical payment methods if you can do that.

If you can manage to buy XMR you're home free.

I am sending that $2,500 USD to you as a cashiers check likely once you confirm escrow is running and where to send it. I don't care if my little credit union knows i wrote a check to "1776 hosting" or "law offices of what's its nuts". anyone doing it with a card is a fucking loon. I'm not doing crypto because if i'm going to throw that size donation i want it properly escrowed.

You are literally digital Satan and the people who are after you are mentally unwell. I know the likelihood of anything happening is incredibly low but i would like to avoid having to put a .357 into the cranium of some deranged tranny climbing into my kids window at 2am. If the alphabet boys want to add me to a list for writing checks that's their prerogative but i just dont want any of the nose brigade from the major credit agencies knowing.

if that seems like a strange hang-up to you that's fine. just grit your teeth and take my money.

I'd be happy to chip in if an impartial attorney (not Rekeita) who is not an e-celeb, having honestly assessed the facts of the case, determines that this is a cut-and-dry case AND that sufficient damages can be awarded. I don't really see Epik putting up a fight unless there are some legal loopholes that I'm not aware of.

One reason I'm cautiously optimistic about Null's judgment is that he has been tempted with many opportunities to file a lawsuit, some of which were halfway decent, and has so far declined to pull the trigger. He's avoided the common pitfall of impulsively suing when they get angry and think they might have a case, without awareness of the cost in time and money even a slam dunk (protip: there's no such thing) case. He has consulted with attorneys and not gone forward, which shows restraint.

If you put the emphasis on 'take' instead of 'we', it could mean "At first we did take the domain (without prompting from law enforcement), and then the US authorities came to us and said 'yeah you can't do that, if you don't want them as customers you have to help them switch registars.'"

In other words: "We were court ordered to not steal the domain" instead of " We were court ordered to take down KF".
If they claim that's what they meant, and they're willing to clarify that point publicly, Null did say he'd be amenable to out of court settlements, which might be as simple as a retraction/clarification Null can use to shut down the cyclic repeating bullshit journos love. They still have the opportunity to de-escalate this relatively cheaply -- they and Null just need to come to an agreement that makes him whole for the libelous statement.

Personally, I think that someone evil took Epik over for ideological reasons and doesn't care about running the ship aground (or wants to), given that controversial sites are their only customers. Maybe the PR drone knows this directly, or maybe not, but with no one at the helm, they can get away with it. Epik may not be around long enough to pay any judgment, but that's not what Null's after. If they fold during the lawsuit, it's not as clean of a victory as if Null won, but it's still something he can point to when girltalk happens.

Null should acquire them in bankruptcy if they fold. I am autistically obsessed with how Scientology did this to the Cult Awareness Network.

I threw in some Monero not for the anonymity but because the post office was already closed when you first polled for legal action. Once the mailing address for the escrow funds is posted, I'll be happy to send a money order or check. It may not be as much as some in this thread are pledging but I'll at least put my return address because I'm not a coward.

Just fyi, I don't think that social media account is run by the vtuber. I didn't realize until I saw his Discord avatar, which is the same as his Telegram picture, that he was an employee at Epik's subsidiary Terrahost which helped us a lot in the immediate aftermath of Cloudflare dropping us. I have literally nothing negative to say about his professional conduct, though I am disappointed to see what else he's involved in.

What is very confusing to me is the relationship of Epik and Terrahost now. Epik used to own Terrahost, but during the Monster-Royce schism, the ownership of the company and its subsidaries slipped out of public.
