DDoS attacks, funding DDoS attacks. Again, US law isn't my area but I think those are crimes and Federal ones at that.

Libel is illegal but a civil matter.
Not quite. I believe it's the interference he runs with regards to contacting providers/datacenters etc to spread lies & falsehoods to make sure people don't do business with null.
Thankfully he's been open in admitting to it too. It's basically impossible to prove who launches or funds a ddos short of people leaking logs or payment receipts etc.

retard even had a full blown journo article saying how he stood up agaisnt the transphobic kiwifarm. Hopefully nool eventually bring their asses to courts. TBH Josh should just be as litigious as possible with everyone. I think thats the only way to shut this shit down in the future. Problem is it cost money, time and effort.

The only way you can prove he's in on the DDoS is some sort of discovery and wouldn't it be grand if he was? But I can still hope my Christmas gift (and Liz's) is serving papers.

Obviously it's too expensive to set up your own registrar, and they'd find some excuse to veto it anyway, but is there any reason why you couldn't have a custom TLD that users configure in their routers themselves? That way you could have your own .sneed registrar that the authorities wouldn't be able to do anything about, particularly if you put the top-level DNS over an onion link.

I can see certificates being a problem because Let's Encrypt won't know anything about it, so you might also need a browser extension to make it so that self-signed DANE certificates are treated as secure. (They should be doing this anyway, but they're not.)

99% of internet users are nigger cattle that can't even into Tor despite Tor Browser talking literally three clicks to launch. Any attempt at going further than that would isolate yourself from everyone except 3,5 likeminded privacy schizos.

Trying to educate users on how to change their dns or host file to add in a static IP is already ridiculous. When we switch from .net to .st we lose a huge amount of traffic despite how much I try to educate people on the multiple domains.

However, we don't even have a static IP bro. We have to rely on DNS.

he's stated before that nigger-rigging the forum like this is something he won't do. the sites legal, it deserves to be on the clearnet like any other site - that's the crux of it.

existing on tor/ipfs or some gay dns hack is admitting defeat

Impossible to get any evidence to prove this outside of court, so a catch 22. Elliot might be stupid enough to admit to civil violations but unfortunately not stupid enough to admit to a federal crime.

I'm still talking about DNS. You'd tell your router to use dotsneed3123....onion for .sneed addresses, and that server would in turn give the NS records for kiwifarms.sneed. The only difference is that it's overriding the root DNS for this one TLD.

Well, yeah, but unfortunately that's not the world we live in.
