Epik LLC has made two claims on X :
1) They were forced to put a clientHold on kiwifarms.net by Law Enforcement, which we evaded by moving the domain out of the country.
2) That the Kiwi Farms "hosts child porn".

Would you need to submit a copy of the form from the time into evidence and/or demonstrate custody of untampered backup data to a third party?

Are we ready for the eye of the world to fall upon us? If we want to snowball after the first 100k$ we will probably need additional support. The news is all going to say "[evil] Kiwi farms [...] Child porn" do we have a concise counter narrative for interested 3rd parties?

Could this going poorly kill the farms?

Would I get "true & honest fan" for supporting?

If you’re in the US, you can pretty much go to any big grocery store (the customer service desk) and just say “hey, I need a money order for $100” and hand them the $100 plus whatever small fee they charge (like a dollar, maybe? I'd imagine the money would be kept in a war chest for future lawsuits if Epik settles. Null probably won't blow it all on cocaine like Keffals, if that's what you're worried about.

Depending on what your lawyer says I honestly think you should seek litigation regardless if your community is willing to fund it. This is an issue that's bigger than the Farms. My hopes are that if this does go to trial maybe, just maybe, these companies will be forced by the power of the government to function the way they were meant to function. This might be optimism, I'm no lawyer. But it's what I'd love to see.

Depends on how you set it up, if it's an IOLTA or similar setup and you have consulted with a lawyer about how good the odds are, sure. (and if you make sure your lawyer doesn't quote sun tzu or collect battleship yamato models)

If not well, I might chip in but not as much, I'd prefer the security of the money being put on solely on the case and the lolyer to have to have a justification for drawing funds.

I believe these resources should be saved for litigations against a certain wealthy individual who was the original goal.
There definitely won't be any damages you could prove for these statements alone, and they may be able to burn far more money than any pro se litigant ever could.
Then again in the interest of total war perhaps any avenue should be exploited, all foes demonstrated against.

If you start this battle you better be sure of no less than absolute victory.

I want to point out that someone also named Miao, who has the same fucking catboy design, also lives in Portugal, and has displayed the same art as the Epik Miao on Twitter, once attempted to start a VTuber company named UwU.tv with the goal of attempting to groom women into a harem,, key points including trying to woo them by ordering them extravagant amounts of UberEats and trying to get them to play games with him whilst he paid his 'company's' jannies, if I recall correctly; it has been a while I had to recall the specifics of this story.

Pipkin Pippa did an interview with him on July 15th 2022, where the girls from this company showed up in chat, shat on him, accused him of being a bad person, and Pippa herself made fun of him to his face. Beginning of the Virtual YouTuber thread discussion as it was happening.
