Perhaps Null if you didn't deal with setting up anything fiat currency yourself? Perhaps if you asked your lawyer to set it up and manage it. That might make it much harder to be taken down. I was honestly taken aback by seeing this exchange on Twitter. Whoever took over Epik must be trying to run it into the ground deliberately. Not only is it ridiculously unprofessional conduct, it's conduct that completely goes against the principles it was founded on, i.e. providing hosting to sites seen as undesirable or risky by other ISPs.

Without that principle, what even is the point of Epik continuing to exist? Why would anyone even think to use Epik over any other hosting service if they're going to play by the same censorious rules that every other host plays by?

Going to say talk to a lawyer first, because Shadman thread would be classed as containing child porn in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea and a few other countries. While it is legal within the USA, I could see them using the fact that Farms does host those images yet still allow access to countries where they are banned by law as defense. They also said they were forced to remove the Farms due to law enforcement, did they say which country requested it?

If the lawyer tells you it's a bad idea, then maybe best to remove all loli con from the site, then you have a better case if anything like this happens again. A loss in a case like this would be very damaging to the farms, so have to be 100% sure before starting this process.

I believe that he's referencing a video where an autist watches an old video of Chris Chan fucking a doll. There is no masturbation, and it's just the autist looking at his screen. While it is disgusting, it is not CP and it would set a bad precedent if the Kiwi Farms was forced to censor more rigorously than other websites based on third party claims.

Even if Epik goes under during litigation, Josh can get as much as possible on the public record in the meantime. A quick settlement or retraction is ideal, but even a judgement that never gets paid is a good investment.
