I know wish lists are cringe, but would you consider making one somewhere that has small items such as soap, shampoo, socks, etc.? Even poorfags can probably spare $7 for small household items for you.

I never ever donate money to people asking for them on the Internet.

When I was a young adult, I managed to put two and two together and realize that the people asking for money will always show themselves to be degenerates eventually, or that the cause I'd have donated money to was false. By that point, I'd have felt pretty fucking stupid for having wasted my hard-earned money on some piece of shit Internet drama. Now, as an old fart well on my way to being middle aged, I've still strongly held to this belief.

This time, however, I'm ready to donate money to a private person on the Internet for the first time ever. I still feel somewhat unsure about it, but this little bastion of autism is worth far more than I thought it would back when I started browsing this website.

Edit: a very important caveat would be that the attorney has to be competent. I've seen enough Weeb Wars with a clear-cut case failing miserably in court because their lawyers fucked up in embarrassingly incompetent ways.

This is extremely risky. The U.S. legal system no longer revolves around actual law. Even if you have a clear-cut example of law-breaking and damages, you could get an activist judge who'd be happy to screw you over, or a boomer judge who doesn't know what all this shit is

One thing the naysayers have not considered here is that a Legal complaint is a public record and the Plaintiff can essentially get a free publication of their side of the story right out the gate that can then be accessed by anyone.

That alone is worth its own weight, as before that happens the only place people could really here the Kiwifarms' side of the narrative is here on the Kiwifarms.

It would also dramatically raise the stakes for lying about the forum. The deplatform brigade have acted with impunity for years. This will, at the very least, make them think twice before accusing Null of kidnapping Gypsy babies for his Serbian rape dungeon.

I created my first account at a crypto exchange and bought my first crypto this morning. I'll be sending it to Null once the hold period for the first transaction on an account this exchange requires is over. That being said, I think it's important to set expectations for this suit if it goes forward. We cannot rely on it deterring anyone. How many people face terrible consequences for their actions because "I didn't think it could happen to me"? Conversely, how many people gamble despite the odds because "Why not me"? People do no act relationally and I don't believe one lawsuit, won or lost, will stop the Drop Kiwi Farms trannies and assorted others who are undoubtedly working behind the scenes along with them. I hope it will cause a few to distance themselves or at least give them pause.

I think the most important message this suit will send is to other members of the industry who are watching. That might be free speech/internet advocacy groups, datacenters, or other infrastructure providers. Null is being defamed. The site as a whole is being defamed. They need to know that this won't stand. This could be an important step to halting or reversing the blacklisting the site currently faces. Of course we can't expect them to act rationally either given how far this has gone on the 1:00AM phone calls of rock-faced troon, but hopefully there are some companies out there who still like doing business and have at least some oversite to keep discord machinations their dilating codemonkeys in check. Maybe it will rally some people who do genuinely support a free internet if they can point to a court ruling.

I'm viewing any money I send in as lost, gambled away. It's the same as if I were to walk into a casino with it. No expectations, just hope.
