It'll be interesting to see if this community can raise the funds necessary. I don't doubt that people would be willing to help or are sympathetic but the unique limitations imposed on this site make even a simple transaction a minor headache. One of the best ways to dissuade people from doing any action is inconvenience.

Good luck.

1,347 people who think this is a good idea have pledged to donate to Josh's war chest. This means to reach the $75,000 goal each of them needs to donate $55.67 dollars. The average donation amount pledged in-thread is around $150, or little less than 3x that amount.

We're gonna make it, boys.

Clicking a button on a poll is much easier then sending money to josh. It's best not to be overconfident. I want to send money but I just got a job a week ago and I need to focus on paying off my debt first and stabilizing myself.

Not trying to be a debbie downer and piss on the parade but talk is cheap, don't be surprised if that number doesn't reflect realty. I genuinely hope Josh gets some sort of good resolution to this, the whole "everyone I hate is a pedo" thing is disgusting. It'd be different if there was truth to it but there isn't to my knowledge.

If the forum can rally around a cause and raise funds then I have to ask why they haven't done so already. I'm pretty sure Josh and the site is okay for money but I know for a fact that quite a few users are wealthy and then you've got all the e-celebs that use this place for research. Yet I don't think Josh is swimming in cash, I'm pretty sure he'd have sue a few people by now.

If you want to contribute specifically to the escrow and are comfortable showing your face in a post office (with government cameras, i.e. not "total anonymity"), you can do that in a way which is very private.
Yeah, that’s fine with me. I’m not worried about being caught on bank CCTV cameras or any of that really schizophrenic shit. I just want to easily get you my money without gay shit like my bank account being frozen for it. I really don’t want to use crypto for this, but if I must I will happily learn how to acquire some Monero for the cause.

Hypothetically speaking, if I mailed you a money order (the method I’m probably going to use) would I be able to shoot you an email or PM afterwards to make sure you received it? I know somebody else gets your mail but if it’s not too much of a hassle I’d like to ensure the money I send actually makes it to you.
Drinking hot sauce will also help.
He’s already got that part covered.

To the best of my knowledge, Josh hasn't previously set an explicit fundraising goal, for a specific task, and asked for help meeting it (at least recently, idk if chris' house fire thing had a specific goal). It might be a bit more appealing for certain people to donate if it's more transparent that the money is to help with this thing in particular instead of just generally going to Josh/site maintenance.
Anyway I'll donate some of my non-cursed money so I don't jinx things

Some mention the lolicon, but it’s really the fact that they’re lying liars who lie and hate that there’s still a place on the Internet that doesn’t lick their festering self-inflicted wounds.
I saw graphic lolicon posted here once. I, and like a dozen other people, hit the report button. @0 2 was on duty that night. He deleted the shit and launched the faggot that spammed it into the sun.

True story.

And that's "just" lolicon. I have been here almost seven years and never seen a single instance of actual living CP being hosted. I wouldn't be on this site if it allowed that shit.

Ask the place issuing the money order. Western Union requires a full dox, for example. Any service that uses WU as an intermediary will likely demand much of the same.
No, it doesn't.

I have sent Null WU money orders to the PO box to buy people T&H, and was not asked by the cashier for ID or any PII.

Now, maybe there's some measures in place if the money order is for a very large amount, but they absolutely do not give a shit about ID for a $20 paper money order. I can personally attest to that.

I included a link from Western Union's own page saying they need you to fill out "your full legal name and current mailing address" for money orders.
It's wrong.

There is a space on the money order itself to put your address, yes, but I left it blank. In the "purchaser" field I printed "C. Manning." I attached Post-It notes saying who the donation is for.

They cashed. Null got his money. The Kiwis I donated for got their T&H. Easy peasy.

Only downside is it takes like 7-10 days for U.S. Mail transit, but it is a reasonable method for those who don't want to fuss around with crypto.

So when you set this up I can just mail a physical money order to an address? Can I put my user ID in the memo and get True and Honest? Or is this going straight to the attorney and you won't be able to see something like that?

Or should I send it to your current PO BOX instead?
The way that I did it was send a money order and enclose a separate piece of paper with my user ID, "$50 for T&H for Myrtle the Turtle". I did not put my user ID on the check/money order at all. I think I wrote internet service on the memo or left it blank. When dedicated donation fund does get set up you might have to reference the legal case number or something and make sure its made out to Billy Bob LLP or PC.

Apologies if it's already been asked and answered further up thread, but what's the best way for a eurofag like myself to support this lmaosuit? Crypto?? And I can just follow the already-existing "how to crypto" thread/s without breaking my smooth brain?
I give two flying fucks about trannies knowing my dox, I just wanna laugh at retards..

Appreciate the tips. I’ve never sent a money order before (never had any reason to), so this seems like the best alternative than tardedly stumbling through crypto.

Also even if it's really defamation per se, Vic's case was defamation per se as well, and the exact thing they did and won with, Epik could do as well. They'll just drag out the lawsuit endlessly by spamming SLAPP-statute-related filings over and over until either the plaintiff's money runs out or the judge has a bad day and throws the entire case out.
