It's a weird trap to claim someone has CP, then post the clearly blatantly incorrect evidence, which would lead to lawsuits being threatened and being forced to pay out a settlement. It's like in Chess if you just move your queen out to the middle of the board without anything defending it. It's much more likely that they were sent this "evidence" by someone and didn't even bother to doublecheck the age.

Ngl I gave them some benefit of the doubt. Before that CSAM thing happened. And it's going on for 2-3 days now. Every company that is not absolute dogshit should by now know if their social media account(s) got compromised or not. After the CSAM post any doubt on my side is gone. Should they now show up with a "w got hacked sorry" tweet they can right fuck off. The damage is already done.

THIS- 100%. A defamation lawsuit is a absolute necessity at this point- even if Null doesn't win he's putting out a statement that if you try to make such a blatantly false and defamatory statement Lolcow LLC is going to fight back.

Also think of the precident this sets: The farms has had sociopathic shitheads trying any and all means, legal or otherwise, to deplatform and fuck with the site for years and years. You already see the rogue's gallery parroting Epik's defamation- and need I remind you about how during the initial Keffals shit we had sock account set up by trannies come onto the site to plant fedposts and try to make it look like the website was orchestrating terrorism? THAT- and keep in mind other websites (like Omegle, and from what I've been told "The Sharty") have been successfully shutdown through sock accounts spamming illegal content- sociopathic shitheads WILL try to plant shit here too.

What Epik said today is a direct knife aimed at every user, registered or just lurking, of the forum. The defamation against the site spreads TO YOU, who is reading this, by virtue of you using the site.

Null absolutely needs to shut down registration to the site for a lengthy while and organize his jannies to begin routine reports to law enforcement, like @mindlessobserver said. As for fundraising for the lawsuit- I'd absolutely be willing to mail out a money order (I greatly prefer them to checks anyways) but I need to know whether to send it to Lolcow LLC's PO Box or the mailing address of his escrew attorney.

For those who are extremely paranoid, get a mail forwarding service. All of them I have used (even Chinese ones) won't require any ID or even a proof of residency (like a utilities bill).

Register with a generic sounding name and put the address as the forwarder's. If the order gets returned, you can simply forward that item to your real address, or a post office mailbox.

So let's see what we have here.
