@Null unless I missed something archive.today seems to has removed Epik’s CSAM Tweet. The Nitter archive is still there.

You're right. If it was archived directly through Twitter/X, it's since been removed. There's still a GhostArchive copy too.

It's been one day since their Twitter has posted any retarded bullshit, do you think Epik tard-rangeled their twitter manager?
I'll believe they've been wrangled when the old tweets are deleted and the page reads something to the effect of "The employee who ran this twitter was fired for being a useless retard who's views do not in any way reflect the views of Epik llc we apologize for for any miscommunications"

I tried to archive directly through x.com/twitter.com several times but it failed every time. I believe that the tweet couldn't be viewed logged out due to being flagged so many times. Ghostarchive has accounts to log in to twitter and nitter bypasses the official web interface so they can archive it.

Is a screenshot enough proof in court or will the actual post need to be archived to be admissible?
All Xeets are persevered for 30 days, even if "deleted". Jershes lawyer can just send Xitter a Subpoena when he sends out the complaint and Xitter will comply with the production, or at the very least, the preservation of the originals.

They are trying to scare normies away from using the site, and by extension, donating to keep the site alive. Fuck these people. Dox me? Good luck, nobody cares if I laugh at retards online. I won’t lose anything if I’m identified, which you can’t even do, you ugly brick-faced man. You cut your dick off and you regret it. You will spend the rest of your life angry and unable to coom, and it is nobody’s fault but your own. No user here is scared of you, Long Gone Dong. I hope you live forever and have to face yourself in the mirror every fucking day, you ugly pervert.

Maybe. It feels like a trap to me, but a really really stupid trap, like they think our userdata will actually reveal anything
The user data would reveal things. I believe Null clears things after a set period of time, but I wouldn’t bank on the intelligence of people to use burners associated with nothing to sign up to the site. If you’ve signed up with an email that can even be tangentially linked to you, do not bank on trannys giving up or being merciful. If the last couple of years hasn’t taught you that these fucking flesh golems are incapable of doing either things, you reap what you sew my little nigger muffins.

This assumes they would even get the user data and that seems like a big If, being sued doesn't give them the right to rummage through your filing cabinets just for fun. They would have to some how prove that it's relevant to the case and it's far from a given they would be able to

In my buddy's case screenshots were enough but they were dealing with intellectual property litigation and both sides had enough integrity to not to submit fake documents. Websites were involved in his case including credit card statements. I expect Epik to play dirty and believe that the threshold will be higher since the case is entirely about posts on the the internet.

Emailing a PDF of the archive to yourself or someone else is like a digital postmark in this day in age because you can still forward it to an authority with the original date sent on it.
