I think that’s probably a good thing. These diagnoses (especially autism and ADHD) are handed out to every third grader who likes Lego or can’t sit still.
Not sure how I feel about the height requirement, but seriously every American is fat now. Having an institutionalized way to lose 100lbs (or get publicly-funded bariatric surgery and need to work for the government for 4-10 years or whatever) seems efficient. Clearly the private solutions aren’t working.
