Rick and Morty Griefing Thread - Now With 300% More Incest!

I'll probably have to watch Season 6 once it concludes to see if the general consensus is right. Right now, it seems to premature for me to jump the gun and call Rick & Morty good again, so I'll have to be the judge later on.

It wasn’t “under his nose”, Evil Rick was the entire reason Rick came to that universe in the first place. He was purposely trying to draw the guy out. The only reason he was able to find the guy so easily is because resetting the portal fluid trapped Evil Rick in his and Morty’s original universe. Before that he was just fucking off in whatever universe he wanted to

New episode had an alright A plot (for once with a neat scifi idea) and unfunny B plot that at least was infrequent enough to not become too obnoxious. I can't believe we're actually seeing improvement in quality, probably all the female writers went on to make capeshit.

And it neatly justifies something that was just happenstance previously.
I know nitpicking every single completely irrelevant detail in this show is a sport but this one's a net positive at a point after these elements have been introduced, even if it didn't matter initially.

3rd one was wack, 4th one was ok
 
Is the Beth self-cest what's turning everybody off? Eh it isn't my kink, and Jerry being into watching it was really fucked up... But even including that, I think this has been a stronger season so far that the last few.

I love how Rick and Morty is the type of show to introduce a morally/ideological representible concept like incest and make it "acceptable" to its intellectual/morally stunted audience.

Space Beth and Regular Beth's "romance" is just the recent example of that. Beth literally is fucking herself.

I legit pity Jerry at this point for not cutting his looses and running from this insaned family. Its a lost cause.

But then again, the show loves to bring him down constantly because clearly the writers have some serious daddy issues.

I think the dragon episode was even worse in that regard, though I barely remember anything from it.

Self cest is more like masturbation though. Unless you are a man, and then it's just gay.

I mean, both Morty and Summer made it clear the whole thing was pretty fucked up. As for Jerry, it was a weird mix of him getting cucked but as him standing up for himself, so who knows?

Space Beth is just a massive bitch though.
 
Episodes 1 and 4 were cool, episode 2 was dragged down by its B plot, episode three... well you know what they say once is a coincidence, twice a happenstance, three times and its a fetish.

Between the dragon episode soul orgy of rick, summer and morty, the sperm episode where summer and morty have a child toogether and this, we've had 3 instances of incest in the span of 3 seasons, we've also had the morty in the citadel wishing incest porn was more mainstream, and one of the original episodes in the teacher's dream with the "intergenerational sandwich" of rick, morty and summer.

Someone on the writing team seems to be using the scripts as an outlet instead of paying for a real therapist.
