The funny thing is, Halo hasn't really been that relevant on the FPS scene since 343 took over the series (most fans seem to dislike their entries on the series), yet Bob still sees it as a menace to his beloved Mario, just shows how disconnected Bob is when it comes to modern videogames (or pretty much anything, to be honest).

I wonder if Bob would regard Eastern Europe (in particular Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) the same way he regards middle America because they have not succumbed to the intense self-loathing that afflicts the western part of the continent. It would not surprise me if he would could call the Poles, who celebrate their culture and religion after two centuries of repression, Nazis without pausing to realize how much Poland suffered under Nazi (and Soviet) occupation in WWII.

Bob is a manchild. He is permanently stuck in Sophomore year of high school. Anything above that level he simply cannot understand. His brain is too damaged to do it. There's a sad handful of people with the same and less intelligence who listen to him for some unknown reason, but they do. Bob's destined to change nothing, to be nothing. He is only suited to menial jobs, most of which he cannot preform due to chronic illness.
He cannot write, he cannot code, he cannot analyze. He cannot critically think about sources or put himself in different situations. He only knows other opinions because that's what people tell him. None of his opinions are his own, they are badly interpreted progressive ones. He is a manchild in every sense of the word. Children typically don't learn empathy until they're around 15-18. Which is why we consider children minors because children are hard-wired to be self-centered because they typically can't take care of themselves. That's where his lack of empathy comes from.
Mentally, Bob is about 13. You can see it in his arguments, what he likes, what he dislikes and how he thinks. There's no point in rebutting him because he is mentally incapable of understanding what you are saying. He can only comprehend what other simpletons tell him. If any human female would, it would be a crime to have sex with him since he is mentally a minor.
Considering it A-Logging, but I don't even need to read Bob's feed to know what he thinks because I already know how he does. Kill all gun owners and confiscate all guns, a pop-culture, capitalist crafted movie made almost entirely by white men who make most of the money is extremely important and will change things in an impoverished, depressed community who will see no profit from this. He will fail to explain this change in any meaningful way.
Arguing with Bob is like arguing with a 13 year old. Except that 13 year old is a physically decaying, obnoxious mass of fat whose brain is slowly dying due to diabetes, which he is too ignorant and lazy to properly treat.

How would restricting gun access have prevented this? Is there actually any way this could have been stopped via extreme vetting? The answer is most likely "fucking no" but I'd love to hear someone try to explain this logically.

This drama around black panther has completely turned me off from wanting to see it. My wife and I saw a preview and we both looked at each other said it looked lame.
The way “progressives” are desperately praising this movie and trying to make this some proud moment for the “we wuz kangz” crowd is cringe as fuck. Wakanda is fictional and set in central Africa, the movie doesn’t even take place in America for the majority of it so why push this as some big deal for black Americans? So you can show everyone how progressive you are?

They also tend to forget that they kill any other African who trespasses onto their land. They expected some big hate movement, but it really is an alt-right wet dream. Its a technologically advanced ethno-state where immigration is outlawed, borders are unrelentingly enforced, it is a clear caste system according to value to society. Its also made PAINFULLY clear in the comics that Wakanda can easily just roll up Africa and take the entire continent if it wanted to. Democracy doesn't exist as it is a complete Feudal state with rigorously enforced traditions. It also hordes its advanced knowledge from a country rife with war and dying of AIDs because they only care about their own people and send out token 'relief' groups, which are usually spies sent out to monitor other countries if shit goes missing.
Wakanda is the LEAST progressive society imaginable. Adopting it like, "This is what Africa SHOULD be!"
