Yeah, I'd probably be indifferent to Bob if he didn't constantly go on his "Superior Future"/"sub-human" rants. Also, maybe "snarky dismissiveness" covers it, but he should read more then Wikipedia articles of everything he claims to be an expert in. Like how he does the "comic expert" thing and then goes on to say Venom "was always a dumb brute gym rat". He needs to be honest about not knowing things.

Bob's the type who'd probably argue every MCU movie "BROKE NEW GROUND" and every one is the best ever. Except Homecoming because it's not Raimi's Spider-Man and didn't have Bob's dream plot where Peter Parker became a nazi who is later replaced by a clone and more importantly Miles Morales.

Bob pretty much has argued that. Everything he has said indicates that he views the MCU as the pinnacle of art and culture, where every movie is fantastically done and plays an important role in society (except when he has criticisms of them).

His obsession with and reckless praise of them really cements just how much of a man-child Bob truly is. Only someone with a child-like mentality would view these films the way he does.
