I took a look at some of his movie reviews the other day, because I had actually never done so. He talks at auctioneer speed like he's trying to get it over with ASAP, no charisma, and his layout looks like the screen with the info about where to send your check for an As Seen On TV product commercial:

The fact that Robert says that it's worse than TLJ and is so unenthusiastic about episode 9 is danming. The fact that a smoothbrained consoomer like Robert is this low-energy about the Rise of Skywalker tells me that this movie might be unwatchable (2/10).

Roberto disliked the Joker movie too. Don't underestimate how bad and wrong his opinions are. Not that I'm actually gonna pay to see it with as much of a shit show as the sequel series is, but Robert not liking it is an endorsement, if anything. The worst of it is, if Bob had any self awareness, he could probably do an entertaining video series as "dumb boomer gets everything wrong" kind of like how the critical drinker is drawing a following by being a drunken asshole character.

He also makes reference to Han fighting Mega Weasel and Luuke. The mega weasel thing I’m not familiar with but it sounds like something out of the old marvel days: a period so infamous for containing bonkers shit that it often feels at odds with the movies and other EU material. As for Luuke.... well let’s just say I consider Luuke to be a sort of bullshit test test to seperate those who are actually people who’ve read at least a portion of the EU and know what they are talking about from those that are just talking out their ass. The latter tend to claim that Luuke is a major character in the EU. This is complete horseshit as Luuke was only in the last couple of chapters of The Last Command where he was at best a minor plot point.

Also am I the only who notices that he has some kind of irrational dislike of Mara Jade as if he views her as the embodiment of the old expanded universe which he hates despite never experiencing any of it.

Yeah, this is Clinton Impeachment 2.0, from the other side of the aisle. And about as pointful. As in, not at all. Back then the Democrats held the Senate and wouldn't convict. I don't know why people who are old enough to remember Clinton Impeachment don't realize that "impeachment" isn't a magic bullet for removal of office.

I dunno, considering Robert's hatred of anything new in his precious Mario from Brooklyn franchise, I can easily imagine he's played relatively little of the 3D games (the new 2D platformer style games with 3D graphics and a few 3D elements don't count). I get your sentiment but I personally don't think that he knew that the allegations were baseless. I believe he heard someone say that Trump wanted Kavanaugh in and anything Trump wants must be stopped so say we all. I like to remember that when ever he goes on a fedora tipping spree.
