Look at the fucking 7 remaster. 3d didn't make developers lazy, the playstation and n64 were the first consoles of their kind and the sega saturn wasn't even originally designed to utilize 3d and they had to do a big workaround to get stuff like Panzer Dragoon Saga working.

A quick glance at that crowd makes me wonder if this panel was 35+ and females only allowed with a male companion. The crowd also help explain to me how Bob can have as successful of a Patreon as he does, bunch of older mother fuckers taking their full-time wages and tossing it towards a man who's entire job is to poorly remember things and give lukewarm-bad takes on pop culture. I ain't really shocked that Bobo doesn't mention any of these games since it's clear he never even once touched a PC game in his life and brushed all of 'em, combined with all the other games you mentioned. Since again they weren't made by his beloved and flawless Nintendo, so why fucking bother?

I count about 120 people across those pictures, and that's before the panel even started. We know one person there was an intrepid kiwi reporting in on your dumb panel (thank you for your service @Papa Adolfo's Take'n'Bake), and according to his report a fair amount of people were leaving early. Who knows how many others were just there out of morbid curiosity? A little over a hundred people in a convention that pulls in 80,000+ attendees.

Face it, Robert, you're not a draw in any way, shape, or form. Your audience is nothing but fat, pasty neckbeards like yourself whinging about the good ol' days (no offense, Adolfo). You're a bitter old man who's past whatever meager prime he had, and you've failed to grow your audience to anyone but the few miserable people who think like you do.

I'm not going to mock the crowd size or the people who turned up. Maybe if Razorfist had a panel it would be fun to compare the sizes, but I think it's fair to say I couldn't draw a crowd that big.

What I will mock is the subject of the panel. Based on @Papa Adolfo's Take'n'Bake and @Marissa Moira description (I don't know if Marissa Moira went or is speculating), it's pathetic nostalgia shit that he used to complain about in his videos, but being at a panel he doesn't have to deal with comments debunking everything he had to say.

While not about Bob specifically, this video give you an idea of how much his claims about retro games was debunked even back then. The TL DW is that copy paste sequels and clones of popular games were big back in the day. That's why there was all the fighting games and mascot platformers. Only when this video was made, Bob has ilk were complaining every game was Call of Duty.
