I'll add to that and say that I'd rather buy a homeless guy a litre of cheap vodka for £10 then give that money to Bob. The homeless guy will derive some enjoyment from the vodka and might be able to share it with his fellow bums, whereas Bob will just buy more Mario or capeshit which he'll put to one side and not use.

Honestly this video further feeds the flames for the CWC comparison given how Bob takes the Mario lore seriously. He treats Peach’s kidnappings as deep political strategies by Bowser for a war and tries to treat Peach as Bowser’s enemy. Then he treats Mario like the Bible comparing Bowser to Satan while Rosalina is God (which he compares to thinking that if there was a god, God would be a woman).

It's safe to say he's an engineering graduate but his job, at most, involves looking at a spreadsheet and sending requisitions for approval. I can't imagine this man doing anything of added value to a serious company.

Sorry, I have no confirmation that's what he does but his profile comes off as having a do-nothing job....just because I saw his type of profiles on a daily basis (don't want to powerlevel). No sane adult would do what he does online AND hope to have a career in his field.

He knows he can punch a 9-5 and worst comes to worst he can whine to his boss that he has memorized the entire stock and it would cost far too much to retrain/outsource. He will get seniority pay but he's at a dead end position and once the recession starts hitting hard it will be cheaper on the long run to take the hit and lay him off (and hire 5 interns) than to keep his bottom feeding ass on staff.
